This place is wonderful— especially on the patio. It’s enclosed and there are blankets on every chair. We both started with espressos and then got a 4 cup French press to share. I got the French onion soup and my friend got salmon Benedict. I would definitely come again and make sure you make a reservation.

Hannah was an absolute delight. She was able to accommodate us when our reservation changed suddenly from 3 to 4, she made us a delicious hibiscus margarita, and was unbelievably attentive. Additionally, the food came out piping hot and delicious, and when she accidentally made an additional blackberry mule, she brought it over for our table to enjoy (which was perfect since we needed an idea for a purple drink for our wedding in a few months). This restaurant has always been a favorite but Hannah and the team took it to new heights. Love this place!

Love, Love, LOVE this place!!! The bartender is amazingly awesome! Our server was super sweet! Kitchen staff are so creative, and also..... AMAZING!!!! The decor Is vintage chic, very clean washrooms, overall gorgeous little Bistro!Due to my extreme food sensitivities and allergies, the kitchen staff had a great time creating something new for me.The Mussels turned out amazing! All of our mains tasted incredible! Their feature was a sole fillet that had the most amazing sauce! Seriously, it was amazing! The duck breast melted in your mouth, Lamb tasted so good! Their steak was definitely tender and delicious! The Cassoulet was to die for!!! I just wanted to try everything on their menu. There were no gluten-free dessert options, but the kitchen staff made a wonderful & refreshing dessert of berries drizzled with honey and possibly basil. We sat outside on their covered and shielded patio. Outdoor heaters and every chair had a warm, fuzzy, soft blanket. Such a wonderful idea! We felt so relaxed, welcomed, and treated like royalty! The bartender had a great time inventing some drinks that were not on the menu.Sigh...... I am definitely going to miss this little gem, definitely making it a priority to always dine here when I'm in town.Definitely 5*+++Reservations highly recommended here!Vegetarian options: Delicious options but limited.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-Free, dairy-free options. Staff was more than accommodating!

I made the mistake of booking an 8:45 PM slot when I thought I booked an 8:45AM and they were completely understanding of my mix up! Luckily they had a table open for us and it was breathtaking! Looking out at the water with heaters and blankets provided by the restaurant, they created such a cozy atmosphere on top of the stellar service. I am blown away! To top it off the food we ordered was the best breakfast we have ever had! Between the lamb chops, French toast, and grits, there wasn't anything bad or ok that we ate. It was all stellar! I can't wait to come back (and triple check my reservation time lol ). Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

Tacoma area doesn't have really much to offer as far as French food but this place is exactly what is needed for the area in French cuisine. I am yet to have a meal that is not prepared very thoughtfully here. The service and atmosphere is also excellent. Only downside (but not for me) is that it's street parking. I'm from a large city so it does not particularly bother me as the food is very much worth it. Sit in the back garden area. They have cozy blankets for a rainy day and it's heated generously with overhead heat lamps and floor heaters!Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian but at least they have more vegetable options than average places. They are also very accommodating to their patrons.

Enjoyed brunch on a Saturday morning here. Arrived just before 10am and was able to be seated without a wait for 2. The service was great, friendly and positive. Food was great, definitely loved the pork belly eggs Benedict. Nice little cappuccino as well. It’s winter so they had the outdoor seating covered and temp was still nice but they had blankets on the chairs for those who need the extra warmth. Look forward to visiting again, especially during summer for the outdoor seating.

Excellent food, great service, wonderful ambiance. I went in on a random Wednesday night without a reservation after walking by the restaurant abd thinking it was cute. They were not busy, I got seated right away. The food came out in a reasonable time. The French onion soup is exceptional, the magic is in the base and the perfect amount of cheese (It's just enough). The servers were informative with just the right amount of attention. I had the duck, it was ok - I had it well done instead of thw recommended medium, I'll probably go back and try it again.

After many attempts to come here, since they open four years ago, I finally made it to the bistro make sure to pay attention to their hours as I believe they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and are only open until three. They are primarily a brunch restaurant, I was a bit disappointed with this as I was really craving some French style chicken. It is really cute and the servers were very friendly. In the French custom it is also not particularly fast. So be ready for a leisurely meal. Reservations are recommended.
