I liked ? it. It's been awhile since we been to one but it was a chill relax evening for us parents & 3 kids. Menu was on the wall, pretty straight forward. They have simple kids menu but you'll have to ask for Mac & Cheese ?. Staff was pretty friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere was nice, relaxing where we can have a good dinner as well as kids can be kids. Great salad bar and dessert bar. You can never go wrong with ice cream. Definitely a place we will be back.

worst service ever. I usually love sizzler. not only did the clerk tell us they didn't have something they did have so we had to watch people getting it around us but then we sat down and ignored for over 10 minutes before we flagged down a server. then after that she tells us she isn't our server but she'll let our server know. our server ignores us. we had to ask for silverware. we had to ask for our food after 40 minutes of waiting while everyone around us was getting served never asked us for refills or if we wanted more bread. sadly disappointed

Pretty sad when all you get these days is a Costco chicken patty with cheese melted on top and a slice of ham lunch meat. But damn if you don't pay the same outrageous price! Can't even get a real chicken breast these days. Never again!

Five of us friends were warmly welcomed as we arrived at Sizzler. From the receptionist we ordered our iced tea or coffee, then found a table where we chatted in the relaxed setting before heading to the salad bar where we found a rich variety of fresh greens, veggies, and other toppings. Our lunches were delicious. A personable server stopped by to refresh our drinks. I thought to myself that if I needed a job, working at this Sizzler would be a great working environment. Guests and employees alike are happy to be there.

Damn doesn't that look good! Boy... No really when you get into it.The steak I could barely cut and could not chew. The fries were kind of soggy but I tell you what, it is the shrimp! Worth it every timeOh and the flavored lemonade is the best so many flavors.

She had exceptional customer service, very polite and attentive. Look forward for our next visit already.

Sizzler Restaurant is our favorite place to eat because of the salad bar, which is outstanding. When we are out and about and it is time for lunch or dinner, Sizzler is our first choice, always. The staff is friendly, knows us, and perform wonderful customer service. Being vegan and wanting healthier options make Sizzler Restaurant the best and safest choice without having to worry that our order was mistakenly, unknowingly, or simply ignorantly prepared with items that we prefer not to eat. It would be wonderful if they had a Facebook page to notify their customers of closures due to unforeseen circumstances. They recognize the Military and Seniors, this is a great honour. It would be lovely to have more than one location in Pierce County, but until then, Lakewood is just fine! It would be fantastic to also have a vegan soup option. Thank you, Sizzler for Great service, salad bar (added pickles), environment, and everything else not mentioned. Thank you! We appreciate you all and all that you do!
This was the first time I eat here and I am very satisfied, the food is amazing, the salad bar delicious and a lot of variety to choose from and the ice cream for dessert was yummy, our server was very nice and the lady at the register was very helpful and explained to us the menu very good, 100% recommended and I will be back for sure. That ribeye steak was so good.

I come here monthly. You could stare to death waiting in line to order. Never a second cashier, the process to order is long and cumbersome . Food is ok but if it were not for the meeting I have to attend I would turn around and walk out just because of the wait at the cashier.

So it has been a super long time since I have been here. I almost forgot about this amazing place until I saw the dummy on the news that drove thru the front entrance a few months ago... Well long story short I took my sister and friend here today after fb posted the potato wedges in an add I saw today .. I just had to come... Great subliminal messages by the way... ? We showed up and a very sweet young lady helped us figure out what we wanted when I mentioned the wedges the most amazing waitress named Angela was walking by and explained they didn't have them at this restaurant... ? but no worries cuz I got the steak and all you could eat shrimp and found out I could upgrade my steak special.?.. I was in heaven so it didn't matter.. well after getting our salad and eating for a few min this lady from heaven brought over potato wedges she made herself and let me tell you we thought we had won the lottery... Now we don't expect that again as it's not a menu item but she doesn't know what that meant at that time with what is going on in the family...Thank you ? The entire staff was awesome. The salad bar was by far one of the best I have seen and eaten from so clean lots to choose from. they have ? and everyone loves ? . Chicken n spaghetti for the kids. Ice cream for dessert.... The steak was great and the shrimp... Ok so I couldn't eat it all but no worries cuz lunch tomorrow is gonna be off the chart.. if I could give it a higher rating I would... Very clean friendly and some place you should check out a secret Jem in the jungle of Tacoma. Thank you and you guys should be very proud.... See you soon?

Went here for brunch last week with a few of my close friends. After an hour of waiting we were finally seated. Customer service great but the restaurant was just ok. Food was on 6/10 not bad but not the best place for a steak. Pricing is fair and I would come back if they made a few changes

Sizzler has always been one of my favorite places. Recently however I found that they got rid of the hibachi chicken. This was my go to every time. They also raised their prices. They are very clean, always have fresh food out and refills quickly. Love this location, just sad about recent changes.
