I came with my family of 5. And went thru the drive thru. I thought we got a good amount of food for the pricing. The foot long chili cheese dogs are a great value and taste really good. I don't have any complaints which says alot when feeding 5. Only thing and it's not any thing about the restaurant. Theres a homeless camp/hang out in the back corner of the parking lot. Ppl there looked kinda scary. Made me feel a little uneasy parked in the drive thru as sitting still. And a easy target for pan handling/harassment. They didmt come but still made you feel uneasy as you were being watched

Food portions are tiny. The burrito here was about half the size of ones i’ve received from other sonics. Pretty sure i didn’t get happy hour pricing on the drinks either. Employee didn’t read back order to me or include a receipt, which i suppose isn’t a big deal if they had made the order correctly. Ordered a limeade and was given sprite for some reason, really doesn’t feel like I got the burrito i ordered. Also not a problem specific to this location but why is a medium the smallest size you can get for a combo? Is that not just a small that they’re calling a medium if you can’t order anything smaller? Anyway i would try a different location before heading to this one. Shame on you sonic

So I just left the sonic on pacific ave and ordered a number 3 (sandwich only) and a small cherry slushy. When I pulled off I notice my burger didn’t have any bacon. So I return and spoke with Sierra and asked if she could remake my burger with bacon. She was super understanding and agreed to . Actually the assistant manager ended up making my burger. I notice that the wrapper on my burger was very crumbly and also it looked as if the assistant manager took my burger from Sierra and placed the bacon on it. Which is not supposed to be done. I asked sierra to avoid any confrontation could I please just have a refund because I dont like how the original burger that I gave her that was suppose to be thrown away was not thrown away and you put bacon on that burger. The assistant manger comes to the window and asked me again what I ordered. I told her with respect if I can just get a refund because I think that’ll be much easier. She seems to be annoyed but she agreed too. Sierra then comes back to the window and said she personally watched the assistant manager make this now third burger “supposedly “and asked if I wanted it. I agree and she said the manager will still come back and give me the refund. When the assistant manager came back to gave me my refund receipt and in a very sarcastic and annoyed/ irritated tone said “here I refunded you for the entire order, have a nice day” and she immediately walked off. Like I said Sierra was very sweet but the assistant mange really needs a little bit more training on customer service. If asking for a refund affects your pay then most people wouldn’t ask for a refund. I honestly would like for corporate to respond because I know I didn’t do anything wrong by asking for a refund to avoid confrontation. And Sierra says that they forgot the bacon because they were busy all day. That still doesn’t give the assistant manager to have an attitude. Personally I would never come back to this location.

Visited earlier today for the first time at this location just after turning noon. A lot of drifters parked around the sonic parking/ordering spaces. Witnessed a few drug deals take place along with (surprise surprise!) people using drugs, inside their vehicles as well as people using drugs out in the open- in fact before I even started to order, a guy was sitting on a curb of one of the parking spots using a giant yellow torch to heat a smoking instrument. I was only there for close to 15 min & never saw anyone ask the torch guy to leave or care about any of the blatant drug events. Though I didn't expect anyone to bc at the looks of it along with the area this location is in it is frankly just out of their control & for their own safety.

There are bums living in the outdoor dining area EVERYDAY. They are having fires and openly using drugs and throwing trash all around. NEVER EAT HERE.

I wish Sonic corporate would step in. This is the worst sonic on earth. The owner needs to sell to a real owner. What a shame. If I could give it negative stars it would be the worst review I have ever given.Insane how slow it is. I was the only person there. There is so many homeless people camped in front. It was a horrible place to go. I don't see this place staying in business.
