Meal was great. Good food and atmosphere,After a business lunch with a small crowd, we received parking tickets to top off our lunch. (We validated immediately upon arrival. ) So we get to add $60 parking fines on top of our lunch purchase. If this is not resolved by Diamond, we will not return.Parking: Terrible. Diamond is screwing customers.

On Saturday 13 April, the young man who was greeting and seating guests was incredibly rude. When we requested a table for 3 he replied with, “that’s nice”. When he asked if we could sit outside he loudly sighed and made a scene about it. He also referred to a 32 year old female member of our party as a young boy. His attitude was ridiculous and completely unprofessional. The food as always was absolutely amazing, and our waitress was friendly as could be. The host has no business being the first greeting to a restaurant with that kind of disrespectful attitude. While I’m always impressed by the food and drinks here, I’m very disappointed in the host.

You definitely have to arrive without hunger, the waiting time is fatal. I would not return to that place no matter how good the burgers are since we wasted more than an hour and a half since we arrived waiting for a table that was approximately 15 minutes of waiting then they took our order and this was a desperate wait. Our children invited us to go to this place and then apologized to us for taking us there. He thought they need more staff in the kitchen and our time is worth a lot and we can wait but this was too much. I would try other food around but I don't want to go back there, the taste is good, the place is nice and clean. He believed that the owner or manager should value his staff more and not overload them with so much work.Parking: Parking is in front under cover and is paid but if you consume at the restaurant they will validate your ticket

It's okay. I've been here a few times, usually because it's next to the movie theater and it's a meeting place. The burgers just aren't that great, though they use a lot of high-quality components, so I'm not sure why I just say "It's Okay". They are dry to me, I think that is the biggest complaint. Mostly they are about the whiskey here, supposedly they have over 100 types of whiskey available. So if whiskey is your thing, this is probably an awesome place for you. They also serve a craft root beer which I think is Crater Lake Root Beer.

Food was good (the burger dip was huge and maple chicken salad very yummy! But the fried green tomato sandwich didnt have much tomato on it, and felt small to my hubby. The mushroom appetizer was interesting). and location fun at Point Ruston. Atmosphere is fine, would be extra nice on a hot day to use patio. Service adequate and friendly.

Teriyaki chicken burger. For the price, it tastes better than most high-end restaurants that I've been to.

Started with a 1 star review but luckily ended with about 3/4( thank god to my server).. we checked in at 3pm , 2 ladies 2 infants .. was told about 25 min wait & would be called/text… we went on a walk around the area waiting & after about 50 min , I sent my friend in to check & the same lady who checked us in pretty much tells us that it’ll be another 10 min wait bc a server called out ( which I understand things happen but like why wouldn’t you call to let us know?) so then we have to distract our babies who are hungry bc we have been waiting a hour … we finally get inside bc a waiter showed up & I don’t think the front lady gave him a true update on what was going on bc there originally no apology for wait/inconvience. But the same lady in the front offered these other 3 people outside seating to wait ( which we noticed but weren’t offered ) , brings them in , super apologetic, offers a discounts & rushes their food ( they sat after yet got all their food before we got a single appetizer) but doesn’t offer us anything or take our order or literally ANYTHING. It wasn’t til I told my server how now we are 1 he and 40 min no food & my baby is tired & hungry .. did we finally get an apology , faster service & a lil discount. Our server himself was good & I appreciate him for coming in & getting straight to it but as far as the lady in the front & the other workers… idk if i should call it bad service or terrible communication but I won’t be back bc of this experience. We had to take our food to go bc our parking was expired by the time we got our food & this was all on a Monday.

Ok. I thought I liked this place. I invited some friends from Renton. Some guy named Rick, Assistant manager said we were too loud for an establishment like this. When I asked hey said there was hoopin and hollering. I asked what was daisy. He said well I don’t know. They kicked us out. Tom, I know you, but this does not reflect 571. Rick needs peoples skills. I won’t come back although I know Mike, Emily and others. We we buying top shelf.

Came in for a late lunch after visiting the zoo. We did need to park in the parking structure and wish we understood how the validating worked. We paid since there is only a 15 minute grace period, then found out you just go to the restaurant and they give 2 free hours. When I asked the hostess about it, she was pretty condescending about it. At least we know for next time. Nice beer selection, loved how hard it was to pick a burger as everything looked amazong, we finally decided on the PB & j and the peppered burgers. Also they have a nice menu for kids. The manager Jen brought out our order and chatted for a few minutes. You can tell she loves her restaurant and wants the best for every customer. Ryan was so patient with us the whole time we were in (as we have a feisty 5 year old with us). He gave amazing service to add to a wonderful meal. Fully recommend their burgers and both style of fries with their house sauces. We will be backParking: Some of the local businesses offer validation. There is a QR code to scan to pay for parking. It is $4/ hour

My family and I went to celebrate two birthdays with a party of 8 on Sunday March 17. We showed up 30 minutes after open, and it took them an hour to get us a table. We sat outside, and had to argue with the waiter about putting our tables together. They didn't take our order until 30 minutes after we sat. When we had our order taken, they were out of salmon, and waited for the entire 1.5 hours we had been waiting to tell us that. The waiters were two skinny and tall 20 something white guys. One of them was greeting customers at the door with "How can I disappoint you today?" This was on Saint Patrick's Day at 12pm. The restaurant was not busy. It took another 45 minutes to get our food out, and they messed up my order.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants even the basics of service.I won't be returning, and it's a shame because the food is good, and I had a great time when I went previously.

Walked in with a group of 4, was told to wait until one polite waitress told us about a high top table in the bar section that just opened up and led us to it. We were then promptly told to leave after a few minutes of sitting down at the table we were led to due to the fact we weren't all 21. We were all adults, they did not ask for ID when led to the table, and did not inform us of any issue until telling us to leave that area. If you're going to card, which I understand as it's the law, don't sit us down in a place requiring 21+ until first carding us, as you straight up wasted our time. Like pls for your own reputation have some consistency in all of you carding from start to finish.

Located in the heart of Tacoma city, Stack 571 is a burger and beer lover's paradise. With juicy, flavorful burgers and a diverse selection of craft beers, it's the perfect spot for a casual yet satisfying meal. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make it a top choice for locals and visitors alikeAlthough they serve their cocktails ? in small glasses ? ,I highly recommend visiting again ? ?

We came in and the said they would get us seated and another party came in after us and was sat before us. Once we sat down and ordered our food and like 5 other tables came in after us and got food before us, our food finally came out and was all cold and the cheese that was supposed to be melty was not melty, my husband got the poutine burger and it was dry. When you get poutine it's gravy with fries and cheese and there was no gravy. They were also out of like all the whiskey my husband tried to order. Just bad food for the price
