Drinks are great but if you order in the lobby they take forever. 18 minutes for the drinks, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Won’t be coming here again.

This is the worst Starbucks .I been going to Starbucks for 20 years and I never been to a Store every time I order my drink I get a attitude and it seems like they can take orders because my order is always wrong then the barista comes from behind the counter and berates my wife for ordering hot water the employees need to be retrain for customers service and kindness which doesn't exist here

I come here often. But the last few times I’ve come over here the orders keep getting mixed up and they’re serving people that were in line way behind other people. Odd. Don’t know if they’re training people but really you should do orders in the order they come in some people aren’t waiting for longer than they should :(
Love this Starbucks rarely do they mess up the order and the staff is incredibly kind and patient. Unlike the Starbucks on proctor lol.

Mobile ordered two drinks, estimated drinks would take a little over 10 min to make. Took 30 min to get two drinks, probably could have gone through the drive thru 2 or 3 times in the same amount of time

Starbucks once again offers consistently and a moderately price product. They are my morning go to for the cup of coffee I enjoy. No matter where you go the coffee and experience are the same. Starbucks offers more than just a good cup of joe. You can one stop shop to fulfill your daily requirements of coffee, breakfast and lunch. Lots of sweet treats are also on the menu. I highly suggest give them a shot in the morning to get you on with your day.

My son took a dive and scraped his knee very badly outside and off premise but near by. I took my child in for a bandage, and the person behind the counter was quick to listen and help. Not all heroes wear capes! I will go the extra mile from now on to visit this location because the employee went the extra mile for my son and sanity. Awesome!

This is my FAVORTIE Starbucks in the puget sound. All of the batista and cashiers are always so friendly. They don't talk down to me if I order a drink my way instead of how it's listed on the menu ie If I say large they politely confirm with how it's written on the menu. The line here can literally be out the drivethrough and to the street and I will get through it faster than the coffee shop across the parking lot with 5 cars. I've tested this theory . Sue is the best she's been my batista since I was 16 and ordering at their old location. I haven't seen her lately but you can tell everyone there has a positive attitude . Always willing to make accommodations for allergies and drink substitutions . Can't say enough good things . They are quick, on point and my order is always correct. Also they don't ask for a tip like other locations they hand you the pad and allow it to be your choice. I always tip when I can their service is phenomenal ?
