Place is neat, but Poor parking lot. The other drinks are fine, but other drinks that require brewing skills. Taste blend or less. I had caramel macchiato; tasteless, no coffee, no caramel, nor milk, just blend… too blend to be weird…

Always a treat to see a Starbucks's while you're out and about doing errands and shopping. I ordered via the drive thru. Today was BOGO deal: All Weekend. New Year, New Yays from 12-6pm. I purchased a grande hot white chocolate with heavy cream. Service was excellent. I donated my extra one to a random young lady in the parking lot of the business next to Starbucks. Her face lit up and she was so thankful. It felt really good to share.

I only recommend this location if you are someone who enjoys paying full price for a drink that only fills 3/4 of the cup and interacting with a group of people who give off the impression that they hate their job and your presence is an inconvenience to them, especially if you don't already know what you want before you come in. Which is a crazy vibe to give off when the store is literally empty of any other customers. Otherwise another location is probably more appealing. Also, they don't have the stoppers to prevent hot drinks from spilling onto your hand as you carry it.My tip for the one who made my coffee:When adding a espresso shot to a blended drink, it gets blended in as well. Not just poured over the slush so it melts the drink down.

really bad customer service everytime I go there to order something and encounter a women named Camille shes very mean and unprofessional. I don't typically leave reviews but it's too consistent that she treats me with bad customer service I can't imagine how she makes others feel. I don't even want to leave a star but I had to in order to post this i won't be returning again.
I thought starbucks was the same everywhere.. people either like it or they don't but they go because they know what to expect. Boy, did I learn that's not always the case. I ordered a tall white chocolate mocha with 2 pumps instead of 3, and it was awful. It was scorching hot and tasted like maybe they made a latte the night before and then heated it up and gave it to me. Tasted nothing like what I usually get. It was also only halfway full. Idk if this is normal for this location or if it was just a weird thing but by the time I tasted my coffee I was on the freeway; so I stopped at the location in lakewood at the end of 512. They remade the coffee for me and it was 1000% better..

Please pay attention if a customer orders decaf. Every time I have been to this location and ordered decaf, it has not been. A lot of people order decaf coffee because they have health issues that require it and it’s a thing you really need to make sure of before serving it.

Always forget items in my order, I have left without certain ones and they never pick up the phone so I can request a refund! Food never seems properly cooked through. Much better locations than this one in my opinion.
