I rarely write comments about someone. Many times I come here and see the unfriendly faces of the staff. I wish managers needed to retrain their

364 days of this past year I was able to enjoy coffee with my dog and my husband, yet, today CANDACE asked for myself and my dog to leave this Starbucks. Why do the other Starbucks (as a retired couple who travels everywhere) allow dogs and you don't, CANDACE? :(

I love coffee, Stop once in a while to treat ourselves. Delicious sandwiches to go along with the coffee. Seasonal drinks are always a treat as well.

Starbucks won’t allow customers to purchase peach tranquility tea anymore. Stop somewhere else if you want caffeine free tea. This place is not it.

Applause to Quan working the drive-thru window on Christmas Day! Great customer service, a warm smile and good cheer!! I left thinking now that’s real Starbucks service! Thank you Quan!

My drinks are consistently poured short here and I order no whip every-time so there is no reason to be shorted this much. The drinks are too expensive for that.If you order through the app and chose the pickup at counter option expect no customer service. No one greets you and there is never an opportunity to fix the drink in the store. The store credit they give you for messing up becomes irrelevant.I’d just like my almost 9 dollar coffee to be made correctly, is that too much to ask for ?For these reasons I’m no longer bringing my business to Starbucks.

Bought a $7 matcha frappe that I shoulld have asked to be remade. It was runny (like asparagus soup) and had pencil eraser size chunks of unblended ice. She put the dome lid on, then blasted runny whip cream INTO the drink! I should have asked for a remake at that point. The reason that is bad is because she put so much whip cream into the drink, which makes the matcha not even taste the same. It was like 6-8oz. of whip cream. When I took the lid off, the drink poured all over the table. Thank goodness not in my car. Had I been in a car, it would be on my pants. On a previous visit, a different barista (tall male broad shoulders, wearing a sweater working window) made the best matcha frappe I've ever had, and I thought that was how this LOCATION made them. Nope. It's how HE made them. Please share your technique with the store, Mr. Excellent Barista! The good frappe was firm, like you can eat it with a spoon. Blended so there are no ice chunks. Whip was firm, like fresh and charged canister. And the whip was a small amount, not half the drink. I'm not forward enough to ask for a remake, so I'm just never going to order that drink at that store unless the good barista is making drinks. 6th ave Starbucks, please STOP POWER BLASTING RUNNY WHIP CREAM INTO A DOME LID UNTIL THE DRINK SPILLS OUT THE TOP!

First visit: a transient man came right up next to a woman paying at the register, he handled the impulse point of sale foods, went in the bathroom, then walked across the street to the alley, leaving his clothes on the lobby floor in a pile.Second visit: the barista typed my order into the system incorrectly (no problem with that). Once I picked up my drink and asked for oat milk to be added per my initial order, I was told no. She really told me that if I wanted oat milk, I should have said so at the start. Well, I guess we were both making the same point: I did ask for oat milk, and yet it wasn't in the cup.Third visit: While I was seated at a table drinking, a man asked me to buy him food. Another customer had bought his coffee. I said I couldn't afford to (which is the case). He scoffed. Another customer overheard the interaction and bought him pastries. The same snowflake beanie-wearing man in the lounge chair corner has been a fixture there every single time I've visited. I concluded that this Starbucks probably struggles with the same issues from the sprawling encampment two blocks away. This location seems to be going the way of the 72nd store. It's not a relaxing study spot; staff and drinks are inconsistent.Positives: Spacious lobby. Maneuvering a car through the drive through is easier than the Pearl location.
