FIRST OFF: All of the folks who work at this subway are straight up angels. I was in there today and ordered my usual, and these folks always make sure you are set up with everything you need with a smile. Customer service is great, and they do all they can for you (for example, I'm allergic to dairy and they always make sure they have made my order correctly). I also saw them deal with a rude customer before me who was angry at store staff for something completely unavoidable and they maintained their composure and were so kind to this man who was extremely rude so well done, folks!!!! Thank you so much for your hard work!!

Manager was terrible, owner wouldn't talk to me over a messed up order. Missing Hella items and paid for extra cheeses and meats, didn't get either. Got offered $20 of $58.....

This place is great on Saturdays because it is one of the few places open. However... they might want to retrain their employees. If there is a line going out the door, maybe put off cleaning the walls and signs and help the ONE person behind the counter. The person behind the counter was trying her best but clearly stressed out that she wasn't getting help.

Yes the prices are outrageous but I love their food I worked at a subway where about 7 years made some awesome sandwiches and I love how no matter what large glass you bring in they will let you refill it

Went in with coupons told not accepting them at this time, Really?? They are not expired so why not. Im sure corporate knows why this individual franchise wont accept coupons.

My instructions were completely ignored, I ordered a steak and cheese footlong with double meat and cheese, onions and spinach and I wanted it all to be toasted together twice, well I paid extra for the extra meat and cheese and didn't get that, they toasted it once, and then added the veggies, they even forgot "or added very little" salt and black pepper, I will never order online again from subway.

@ this Subway location it was very clean • You can tell the staff know what they are doing. Friendly greeting and my 6 inch Turkey w/bacon tasted good! Everything was fresh~ would re-vusit.

Food was as expected for subway. Lady working was friendly and welcomed our group when we entered. The location was not busy, and the wait in line was short. Draw backs to this location are of no fault of subway. Parking is hard to find as they have no parking area of their own, and parking on the street is pay to park. Area they are located in has lots of homeless people. Location is also not in the best area of town which is easy to know as there is a dent in the door frame from a bullet.

It's situated in an uncomfortable part of town. It can be really hard to find parking in this area. The shop itself is pretty decent as far as Subway shops go. Cleanish and the staff are good people.

Came in slightly after 4 and was greeted with "CLOSED CLOSED CLOSED" not even a "sorry we are closed" only one word came from the woman's mouth. It makes sense to tell us that it was closed but you don't have to be rude about it, especially when the open sign was still lit up and the door was unlocked.

Walked in, saw that the young lady making a sandwich for another customer was not covering her nose with a mask, and walked out.1 of 2 food places i went to today where someone in the staff was not properly covering using a face mask, and therefore were breathing on the food.
