Yeah she put bacon on here I didn't like that I wanted a roast one steak and I just didn't think the sandwich was that good she hardly putting pepperoncinis on there and yeah it was weird.Parking: Sometimes they're pretty full but you can find a space I think they should have Subway parking I don't know why they don't.

Great Customer Service, and I don't say it lightly. The sub-maker (NAME TAG: Aquayvia) deserves a notice. She was professional, fast, polite, and well-spoken. If she isn't a manager or high position already, definitely offer her the option, I recommend it!Food: #2 THE OUTLAW. It was fresh, tasty, and well made. The portion is also good compared to other subways.About me: I'm a truck driver who travels the entire USA. Trust me when I say it's rare to run into a person who knows what their doing behind the counter and can handle customers so smoothly.

However doing cashier at 12 PM she has a really bad customer service
Went to the subway today inside Love’s travel stop. Our “sandwich chef” was a young female with purple hair (I think). She was so polite and respectful which has been lacking in customer service lately in most establishments I have been to. It was a breath of fresh air!! Thank you for making our awesome sandwiches and making us have such a great experience! We will be back.:)

When I arrived there was a lady that was ordering and her food was being made. It was someone who works at the truck stop. From the time I got in line to the time I finally left was about 20 min. The lady making the food was extremely rude and didn’t even know what she had on hand. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and get all the way to the end just to find out that they didn’t have ranch. Obviously upset, I said something about it. She didn’t like what I had to say. Well having previously been in the food industry myself, you should know what you have and don’t have. Ended up getting ranch put on it by the supervisor after she stormed out of the building talking about how I’m rude to her every time I order from the subway there however this is the first time I’ve ever saw her. Got my food for free because of the whole situation. Even offered to pay for the cookies but they wouldn’t let me. Only reason they got 2 stars is because the food was free and and the manager and another worker were polite and apologetic about the situation. Either way, it shouldn’t take 11 minutes to make 2 peoples food.

Decent subway location with more seating than most. Unfortunately the staff is shared with a couple other restaurants so it can be a wait to get service. It says open 24 hours but have found it to be closed in the early mornings alot, most likely due to staff shortages.
