I always see Subway getting hate for no reason. This is my favorite fast. Food place and whenever I go I am never disappointed. I love the employees there and I know that they try their best.

Love Subway, but each location is always quite different. Obviously because it's franchised out each is going to have its inconsistentcies. We ordered sandwiches online, went in to get them 15 later and they haven't started our order. No big deal, infact the poor gentleman is by himself. 1.... 2.... 3 customers come in, he decides to make all 3 subs before starting mine. All are individually coming in, then after all that he decides to start making my subs. We waited a total of 35 minutes for 2 6" subs. I felt bad that he was alone, but come on man, please take care of the people that came in first. It's like you basically let people cut in line and had the situational awareness far too late. I hope this location can give him some help soon, it's crazy the pressure these owners put on its workers.

Honestly i love this location. It’s not the closest to my place but it’s convenient and everytime i order online, my food is great and ready when i go to pick up. No complaints here.

I brought my elderly client with me to get the special they had advertised on their sandwich and they told us if we don't download the app we won't be served. We were shocked considering we are both elderly and we explained we couldn't get data on our phone and this was last Wednesday. Very disappointed and this is how you treat elderly! Rude and no customer service. Never go to a Subway shop again!!!!!

The staff here was very disappointing and unwelcoming. Came to get 2 subs around 8 pm after I bought them I sat down to ready to eat. They told me that they are closed. Turns out they weren't going to be closed for another 1 hour and half. The guy in a bandana was nothing but a liar.

Its around 8.30 pm, we got two foot long tunas everything was going smooth until I sat down with my kids to eat and the employee yells “we are closed” I had to wrap my food back and grab my children walk out and eat in the car. I could have questioned him where does it say on your store hours that you close at 8.30pm? It says 9.30 pm is when they close. I really didn’t want to make a fuss so we walked out but I continued watching customers come in and out for the next 40 mins or so as we sat in the car to eat. How is the store closed?! Soooo messed up!!!! Never coming back here!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Walked in and one of the workers was sitting at a table eating her food (I'm assuming on her break) and greeting customers. I don't know about anyone else but when I worked service industry if you were on break you were on BREAK which means 1. She worked off the clock & 2 it was unprofessional to greet customers with a full mouth sitting down on a break. If your worker at the counter can't handle greeting customers than maybe they shouldn't be alone. The worker at the counter seemed new. Now trust me I get it, I've been new before but this person just seemed absolutely clueless! I mean with a trainer like that at the table I get it. But, none of the bread was thawed so they had a tray of bread sitting out randomly on the counter behind him so that's what he used for 1 of our sandwiches. Seems unsanitary to me but I digress. He spoke very quietly that the whole time we just guessed what he said and went on with our orders (comfortable ordering a sandwich knowing what goes next without the worker asking). By the time we held our food leaving the counter the sandwiches were COLD. Yes, we asked for it to be toasted. And plus 1 of the sandwiches is automatically toasted because of the type of sandwich it is and he still asked. Service was just slow which meant the sandwiches sat out on the counter AFTER BEING TOASTED for too long. So with the bread already not thawed fully, the sandwiches sitting too long, and the not being able to hear the worker which slowed things down more, you can guess how cold our food was before even leaving the counter. In all, just terrible. If you're looking for at least more decent service and BETTER tasting food and you don't want to drive too far in the area, I'd suggest going to the subway in Walmart on Union St. Trust me, it'll be better.

Gone are the days when you could get a $5 or $6 footlong. When, why & how did Subway prices raise their prices so drastically??? Their sandwiches haven't changed or improved. In fact, the last two times I took my sons, we were all disappointed in the quality of our sandwiches & wrap. The wrap, btw, is horrible. It's all so incredibly overpriced now. I could've went to an actual restaurant for much cheaper,better food. Everyone I've talked to agrees so what gives, Subway? It's too bad. You were the neighborhood spot we used to go to for great deals & great subs but after spending $25 on a basic footlong & wrap (that lacked flavor & fell apart), we will not be going to Subway again anytime soon. It's not worth the $$$ at all.

My rating would have been zero but a 1 star is the lowest. The manager Kelly is a rude and obnoxious person. Yelling and belittling employees in the open in front of other employees and patrons. Lacks tact and leadership skills and is not qualified or mature enough to hold a managererial position. Managers besides ensuring that the normal day to day operations are met, they are also responsible in ensuring employees are current with policy and training. My friend was fired from this store because of the allegations of the mishandling of money and receipts. He was called a thief and accused of stealing when the cash box was short. All employees including the manager (Kelly) have access to it. Anybody could have taken it. SLANDER and DEFIMATION OF CHARACTER is a very serious accusation. Hope you have hard evidence like a video to back up your accusation. I have encouraged him to seek legal counsel concerning this matter. I know this store is a franchise but I'm also encouraging him to file a complaint with Subway Corporate.

Kayla or Kayleigh and piper customer service is amazing, there was some confusion with my order from the app and they made it right. All 3 sandwiches were good and they were so helpful.
