I went to Subway to go get food with my mother and we go in and my mom wanted to order so the guy asked her what she was going to get but then he said I’m doing this order hold up I’ll take your order after he was not trying to say it in a bad way, but he was moody And we were waiting for him to finish the DoorDash order or Uber eats order and while he was making the order, he asked my mom to pass him some chips when it’s his job to get the chips not my mom’s There this happened last night around eight I will never be coming back here because of the bad service

I have been to this location before and it has always been fine...but it has been about a year since I had been there and I went yesterday. The bread was stale and hard. I know sometimes there might be a little crust on top, but even then it is always soft in the center...but this bread was crunchy all the way through. It was overcooked and stale. It crunched like I was eating toast (and no...I didn't get it toasted). I can't get over how they got away with selling this bread. If I hadn't gotten it to go and was already gone by the time I realized this I would have asked for a refund (which something has to be really bad for me to do this)!

Ordered food online and when I showed up at 8 pm they had a hand written note on the door that said closed. Still charged and won’t give a refund and staff member was very rude on the phone. Do not go to this subway!!!

If it wasn't for the young man in the store who was very polite. I would have walked out, the older lady when I walked in said it will be a few minutes ( in a rude voice) I said politely ok I will just go use the restroom and come back, she said the bathrooms are out of order and I haven't had anytime to clean them and they are nasty. She told the young man to help me, which was a good thing, because I would have been one less customer, which would made No customers in the store if I left. I did not order anything but the sandwich, because of the attitude, also if I drank something on top of going to the bathroom, it would have been worse. I took my sandwich and left, not sure if I will ever go back, the last time was not bad, the only reason for two stars is the polite young man and the good sandwich. Hope the anger problem lady is dealt with!

Every since the new owners took over a couple months ago this place has not been the same. In that time I have placed 4 online orders from this store, and 3 of those times they did not make my sandwich the way I ordered it. The last time I placed an order for a footlong turkey, they forgot the turkey. Each time I called, to let them know the order was wrong, they acted like they couldn't care less.This last time, when they forgot the turkey, I called to let them know, and l asked if they could start making me a new one, since I was on my lunch hour and had limited time. Not unreasonable, I thought, but the employee said "no", I needed to bring the sandwich in to prove that it was made wrong. By the end of the conversation the employee wasn't even listening to me- over talking me, talking to someone else in the store. Needless to say, I drove back, where I had to stand in line, to wait for my sandwich to be made. By the time I returned to work my lunch hour was gone. Thanks, Alex, for doing the very least. I won't be back.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. This is so incredibly disgusting I can't believe I ever THOUGHT of eating here my cookie was HALF BAKED AND MY CHEESE WASN'T MELTED. On top of that there was bad customer service I think the lady's name was Brenda. Anyway eat here if you want heart burn!!

I don't know what kind of employees or rules or management or whatever is going on at this location but me walking in and the employee saying he is refusing to make a sandwich because it's his last day and he's supposed to be off and he wants to leave and then sending me out of the store is just ridiculous. It's 4:00pm.
