The lady who helped us was freaking amazing!!!!!! I think her name tag was Sav(?). She was so accommodating and helpful I can't say enough nice things about her. She is the only reason I will be back there.

That is a straight lie!!! Nasty food! Super rude employees!!! Waste of money for sure!!! 33 dollars for nasty sandwiches!! Even remade them and the still sucked. This employee Mariah needs to be fired. Absolutely no customer service. Attitude all the way!!! She has no business at subway. She can't even make sandwiches!!

More then a little disappointed after coming in here. Once someone came up front to take my order I told them exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately as they were putting the meat on for a meatball double protein I had to remind them twice that I asked for double meat. When they eventually looked to respond they said that "it won't fit" first time I've ever heard a subway employee think that double meat won't work on a meatball, on top of that after saying that they said they didn't even think you can do double meat on a meatball, something I've never had issue with. Immediately afterward this employee was repeatedly rude and giving attitude regarding the sandwhich. After putting it in to toast they said nothing and went to the register to ring it up, and without even looking at me they stared down at the and said "that it?" Comtinuing the streak of attitude. When my sandwhich was done and on the board there was no asking what toppings I wanted, they stood there staring at the board waiting. Overall one of the worst experiences I've ever had with someone in customer service.

Seems like everytime I eat there I always tell myself I'm not going back they just need fresh bread its always hard and try not letting the lettuce get brown if it does throw it out don't serve it, other than that it's a great

The person working completely and utterly rude and should never work customer service ever, never said hi to me when i walked in never smiled could hardly hear her, I thought she asked what condiments I wanted on my sandwich. but asked if I wanted it toasted then when we got to the part where we were putting things on my sandwich, she didn’t put any mayo or mustard on, so I finally said forget it and I walked out never again will I ever go to this subway the girl working should be fired and never again work customer service. She was completely an utterly rude.

NEVER have I felt so unimportant as a customer in your restaurant. From the time I walked in( only customer in store) until I left I felt the girl working wasn't listening to me. The ham sand had no spread on it...the cheese was wrong and the bread was hard. There were exactly 7 thin slices of ham on my footlong. .its bad enough to spend $30 on your meal, but the rudeness and errors on this order were totally on purposeand unnecessary. All this could have been avoided with even minimal customer service..but like others, I work to hard for my money to feel it was wasted.

I received the coupons in the mail for a 6 inch sandwich at $3.99. This is a franchise and won't accept coupons. Unfortunately, they already made my sandwich. There was no posting on the window or at the station saying they don't accept coupons. The male employee was pretty rude about it. He said the corporate is screwing over the franchise with those coupons. Basically he was making me feel like I was screwing them over cause I wanted to use one dude you need to learn better customer service than that there's a polite way of saying it and a rude way, which you did. I won't be frequenting this subway, which is unfortunate because I live right next to it...

Watch your on line order if you change something on your order it will default and add whatever to your sandwich. Kids like just meat and cheese and came with cucumber green peppers onion etc. Called store said to come in. Went in and would not replace order. Explained on line order was made even though I stated it chay when I tried to add pro meat thinking the would at least offer something. Tossed sandwiches.

Rude girl behind the counter, she seemed preoccupied with something & a bit frustrated with us for whatever reason. The customer behind us got the same treatment, but 1/2 way thru their order just walked out. The store was filthy, soda machine floor was sticky, tables had food on them, & no napkins available. The food was good, but we noticed that this store needs to consider getting training on customer relations , maybe hiring some staff that are more pleasant.
