Place was clean but food was horrible. Took nearly 20 minutes to get our sandwhiches which had stale bread that was super hard to chew. I also found a strain of long black hair in my sandwich.I didn't catch their names but it was 2 younger fellas working there. (Both without hair nets btw) One was obviously new and being trained, but the other was super rude to him. I'm not one to post negative reviews but this place was very disappointing.

Employee who ask if the customer wants real or fake chicken is horrible. He implys the cubed chicken is fake which makes the customer feel like they are being judged for buying the cubed chicken . He implies the shredded chicken is real and its disgusting. The customer wants what they want no questions . He works night shifts .

I wish I could service 0 stars. Me and my husband came in to get lunch, we heard it was bogo for the foot longs and just wanted to make sure. Right after I asked the girl working there she made a face and said no which ok, on the website it says they participate, but ok we will just get one sand which. She continued to stare at me while my husband made the order, got a attitude with him about toppings, made the topping wrong, treated us like we were stupid, and was overall just giving the worst customer experience that I’ve received in a long time. By the end I went to pay with a gift card, which after spying she yelled at me to “just swipe it” I said I did, and when the payment went through he attitude change (probably because she was wrong in assuming I didn’t know what I was doing.) she seemed to have immediately judge us right as we walked in, I understand I look different but it was incredibly disrespectful and I promise I will not being coming back to subway again

I live in Missouri. Your website was hacked in to and someone placed an order for the grossest sandwich EVER at 1815 Hosmer St in Tacoma WA under my email and used payment info I had listed. (NEVER AGAIN!!)Ordered same sandwich OVER AND OVER until my card ran out of money. As soon as order hit my phone I called store. The lovely male manager told me “tough”.Cannot make a complaint on your website contact page because store number keeps popping up incorrect. BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ACTUAL RECEIPT!!!Someone messaged me on Facebook and did tell me to “change my password”. Gee, thanks.You have an automated phone number where you can never get a live person without an extension number, a website that cannot be used without a myriad of information I do not have, and AN IDIOT MANAGER at store location.

The gal who made our order was so sweet. She gave us suggestions when we didn't know what would go good with something we've never tried before. (Capicola). She explained what they were and what they were similar to, and she made us a very good sandwich. They were kinda busy, but made sure to take her time with us and provided wonderful customer service. I wish I knew her name to give her kudos. I will be back. Thank you for a great experience.Kid-friendliness: The have a kids menu with a toy I believe.Parking: Sometimes the store can be really busy and trucks take up a lot of room.
