The large pallet of boxes in the seating area was a bit off-putting. At first glance I thought they were closed. Also, $3.30 is way too much for a bottle of water.

The server was extremely rude. My fiancé ordered a sub for pick up. When I came in to pick it up, I threw a way an empty plastic bowl. The server started staring at me and yelled no trash, I said this is trash so I’m throwing it away. Then she proceed with yelling at me saying no trash. I told her it was a small trash and I’m just throwing it away. She then stared at me and asked what I need. I told her I’m here for pick up and then she proceed with yelling at me saying what the name. Remind you there is no one in the restaurant and no orders but mine. I told her it might show my fiancé name and about to show her my order. She said over there. She then continues to say no outside trash only for subway customers. I paid for the sub so then I am a subway customer so I should be able to throw away a small piece of trash. The manager came out and just stared at me like I’m the person at fault. The sub had literally no meat when I ordered a footlong of a special sub

The worker at the place is racist, I'm Mexican, and when we order the food she starts to look at us in a bad way, and makes mocking gestures, we've also noticed that she treats other customers differently.

At dinner time on weekday was not busy so attentive service and sub prepared perfectly. Drinks dispenser was very slow working and had no separate working water available. Not all seats available that time of day, with some blocked, although it didn't matter with no one eating-in at that time of day. Check hours of operation in case they are updated for weekends and evenings.

First time I tried this place their toaster crapped out. Second time I placed an online order and went in and waited while four people got their sandwiches and nothing was on the pick up shelf and they had it sucking behind them ready to go getting cold while they helped other people. Kinda shitty.Also, they put mayo on my sandwich instead of honey mustard, very different. And when I called to let them know she said she was making two other sandwiches so that's why. Offered to make me a new one by I wasted my lunch waiting in line for an online order that was getting cold and not in the pick up spot. Ughhhghggg

Ordered food, then asked to use restroom. I was told the restrooms were out of order. I asked the server what they use for a restroom and she replied that they have their own. I don't believe it for a Subway. Keeping vagrants out, I would think the reason for "out of order." Close your doors if you can't provide basic services for your customers. Couldn't even wash my hands!

I don't know how they managed to f*** up this badly. My family ordered through their website. I asked for a bacon sandwich with cheddar cheese, and some sauces. Instead, I got a barely cooked bacon sandwich with some white mozzarella-ish cheese and no sauce. Absolutely terrible.
