The food was decent. I just recently started to eat there again. Last time I was there they were selling the nacho fries and of course I ordered a couple of orders (5) and they were all bad. Soggy and they tasted like they were freezer burnt. Maybe left out and they defrosted. Then they were put back in the freezer.So I was very hesitant on returning. But I did and the food was good?Didn't taste out of the ordinary. We had to order on the kiosk and you have the option to pay right at the kiosk or at the counter with cash or card. So that was nice. Avoiding customers. Lol. They must not have seen us sitting in the lobby waiting for our order. Because when our food was ready the person was not eager to let us know. They must have been busy.

Went here tonight for the first time and they got my order incorrect. I ordered a nacho bell grande with no beans but instead received a quesadilla and Cinnabon delights. Never got a receipt to call and complain but I'll do that tomorrow.
Customer service was poor. She was extremely rude. It was empty. No one inside. No one in the drive-thru and she couldn't be bothered . Very upsetting. Ruined the

Paid for extras and it literally took 4 times and the manager treating my as if I'm doing something wrong when I expect my food to be made correctly the first time especially when it costs me 25 bucks for 3 items because it costs 1.60 for extra meat and cost me more than that if you count my time @29.80 per hr and then the gas I had to spend running around being treated like crap because I demand my food made correctly. With fast food becoming just as expensive as Applebee's literally I'm not joking check it out, I will be going there from now on. Even if I pay more in a tip at least I'm treated like a customer not a begger!
