Service was fine, if a little hectic. I got a mocha frappe that literally tasted like Jenny Craig protein milkshake. They asked if I wanted my bagel “panini pressed” which I assumed meant cooked that way but no. They microwaved it and then very briefly pressed so that the bagel didn’t even get toasted. The signs outside look absolutely nothing like their actual sandwiches, which come in premade. To close it off they have an overlong “no loitering” sign that makes it seem like they’ll kick you out as soon as you finish your drink and just screams “I dislike my community”.

My wife loves the coffee here and is becoming her favorite spot. I do not care for the coffee myself, but the waitresses/baristas are always friendly and quick with service. They have tried their best to make the atmosphere good here but might be better at other shops. I would recommend trying it out.

I am in love with their lavender nirvana chai tea drink. This place is great and I always enjoy the music/vibe. Their food is good too!

This is a great little place. They have a great assortment of food and drinks, great formulations, quality ingredients. Very interesting atmosphere leaning into the Tacoma grunge aesthetic. Always felt very comfortable in there. I love their matcha drink it's way better than Starbucks. And although they may not make it they do sell an excellent Bagel breakfast sandwich. All in all a great shop to get some good coffee and a good bite.

Well. I have visited this place twice now. Each time the coffees were VERY enjoyable. The 1 star for food goes to the breakfast sandwiches. On the window of the 6th ave location, there are these fabulous looking sandwiches on an everything bagel bun, scrambled eggs, thick bacon and melty cheese.I ordered the maple bacon sandwich. The sandwich was NOTHING like the advertisement. The egg was this patty which appeared to have been previously frozen, the bacon was pale and flimsy and VERY thin. The bagel that is was on had maple pockets in it, not maple bacon. The bacon appeared to be those microwavable slices of bacon. It had like 1 and a half pieces of that thin bacon on it.I have driven past this joint many times salivating at the advertisement on the window of the sandwiches. Bottom line is that it is false advertisement- such a let down. I'll go again but only for the coffee or maybe a pastry. Bummer.

Tried to go this morning, door was locked. Called to see why, and the lady that answered was clearly not interested in my money or my business. The sandwiches look good but apparently they're only open when they want to be. Seems a poor business model.

First time going here and Terra was awesome. I'm a no caffeine person and love teas and she figured out what I wanted like she read my mind. It was so good that me and my daughter went back the next day. Starbucks who. I love small businesses they give a personal touch.

The smoothies are good but the baristas need to work on their customer service skills. Namely, not ignoring a customer’s outstretched hand to slam down their receipt or card.

Honestly, the barista couldn’t look me in the eye. She didn’t say anything but hi when I walked up to the register and said it while looking down. I’ve been in coffee for 15 years and even on my worst days I could at least look my customers in the eye while taking their money.

It was okay but nothing special. Coffee was good. Bagel sandwiches are not made in house and decent. Heated up in microwave in a plastic to go container (eeek, plastic in microwave!) and then panini pressed (nice touch). I’d say to swap out plastic for paper wrap to help eliminate toxins.
