No really the bar type but I grew up in the neighborhood , was looking for a great bar to visit for my first few times and I'll tell you feeling at home at this place ! Don't expect the greatest but definitely for a eastside boy very comforting !

The wait staff was really nice. We got a pizza and jalapeño poppers The jalapeños poppers I liked. The pizza was meh. I was visiting a friend from out of town and we just stopped in. The pizza was actually in my opinion not very good. I did have a pineapple cider that was DELICIOUS.

Went to meet a friend, there was "sportsing" on the tvs..aka "foosball" so the crowd was kind of loud. Ordered their Mac n cheese with grilled chicken abs it was great! A large enough portion to share with my friend. It was rather tasty and filling. Definitely would recommend it again! Bar tender was rather difficult to get her attention, even though they weren't crowded. I'd go again.

I have been going to Tami's for a couple of years now. The term 'Hole in the wall' fits 100%. If you drive up McKinley you will miss it! But that's not necessarily a bad thing. The people that go there are awesome everyone knows you when you walk in so it's very friendly! Usually I went there for the drinks, but decided on the food. Their sandwiches are very good for bar cuisine. A little on the expensive side but for a dive bar they're up there in my top tier. Matt and Jen are awesome when running the bar service consistent on the drinks, and the beer is cold. Can't beat that. There's trivia, bingo and the usual pool tables and darts in which you can't go wrong there. However, the hard part is some of the things that can be improved. Although the food is good, there is 0 ventilation. 9/10 you will come home smelling of the same equipment in which the food was cooked in. Because of this it is VERY stuffy in there. Yes they keep the back door open but when the front door is closed, you do get that vacuum effect where it forces the air in, but nothing comes out. Temperature wise, it is HOT in there. Even in the winter you will have to go out in the back area or out front to get some fresh air. Cleanliness and dive bars usually don't go hand in hand, but unfortunately this is the same issue. The fans in the upper seating area are greasy and dusty due to the lack of ventilation, and this is the same way with some of the TV's. Some of the seats are the same and some are broken as well. Due to this the ventilation issues, smelling like a fryer when you leave, and some cleanliness issues unfortunately I cannot honestly give Tami's 5 stars. But this place is definitely worth a visit because of the staff, food and the drinks.

Hands down the best wings and pizza I have had in a very long time (if not ever)! The atmosphere is awesome and Tami is around helping and just being an amazing owner and person. The prices are also really good for the amazing food, wish i knew about this place sooner! I will always recommend this place before any other bar or restaurant! Every bartender has been amazing as well, they are so personable.
