I own a business down the road from here and have been meaning to try it for so long! I'm kicking myself for waiting as long as I did! My husband and I ordered the salted caramel chocolate and the lemon apricot. The chocolate was like pudding. Absolutely rich, decadent, and flavorful. The lemon was subtle but the apricot really shined. The cake was a bit dense but honestly not a complaint. Can't WAIT for summer time flavors!

I've never been a fan of cake, but today this changed. The carrot cake is so moist, you wonder how it maintains its structure. The flavors are perfection.
It is a hole in the wall window that you order cake from. The cake is delicious, so far I've tried their Multilayer Marrionberry and Oreo Cheesecake. Don't bother calling this establishment. THEY NEVER ANSWER. It is all automated. I was going to order a full size cake but they closed their orders on the 17th. There is no seating available so be prepared to either stand awkwardly on the sidewalk eating cake or just take it to go. They do a punch card rewards system here and they usually sellout of most of their cakes by the end of the day so best to try and go earlier. There are no holds and they only update their website at 11am. Also, there is only street parking so plan accordingly. Goodluck.Vegetarian options: Most of the cakes are Vegetarian friendly but NOT Vegan friendly.

Love this little spot. If you're a fan of Great British Bake Off or any of those types of shows, you will appreciate the craftsmanship and flavors of these baked goods! A slice is a bit pricey, but it's also pretty dang big, enough to split between two people or multiple servings. Definitely a great sweet treat if you're walking around 6th Ave or just passing through on a weekend. Super fun little hole in the wall (literally)

Phenomenal cakes, cookies, and cinnamon rolls (only on Sunday, if you can get one!)One of my favorites is the chocolate-chocolate (posted here), the other is the carrot. Rich, dense, moist…the frosting is to die for! (As you can tell it couldn’t wait for me to eat a piece ?)Hope you get a chance to try and see for yourself!
I have gone here every week since I discovered this gem and tell all my friends it’s worth the drive to Tacoma. In response to another reviewer— the frosting is absolutely the best part. Usually I can’t eat an entire slice in one sitting.

Didn’t realize every flavor was made with cream cheese frosting. I saw certain flavors had cream cheese frosting in the name, so I avoided that and got the Birthday Cake, which to my disappointment is also made with cream cheese frosting. Was looking forward to this spot as my weekly sweet treat, disappointed we spent so much on this slice to just go to waste.Edit**To be fair I did not look at the menu online, just the menu at the store front. Changed my rating.I will not be accepting the refund because of exactly what the owner stated, you are a small business, not trying to take away from you guys.
