The place was great. The server was awesome. Went with a group of friends and told we are limited in food because we are out of food. So it what a hit or miss to what we choose.

We waited 10 minutes to be greeted eventhough I had a reservation and they were not busy. We then waited another 7 minutes to be asked for a beverage order. I figured they were short staffed so I was being patient and the server was friendly but unfamiliar with the menu. After discovering that they were out of everything we chose on the menu AND both of the beverages my friend ordered we just paid for the small $17 calamari, tipped the nice waitress and left. It was so nice to get away from the loud pounding music that was being set up while we were waiting for the appetizer.Did I mention they never turn on the gas fire on their outdoor tables anymore?I miss the old Social. This used to be my favorite spot. I will not return as I have been here several times in the past year and it's been disappointing every time.We ended up at Dukes and had a great dinner, sitting outside with the propane heaters going.

Let’s start with the fact that I have only ever once give one other review less than 5 stars. This restaurant is now the second. Talk about underwhelming. Came here for dinner a few weeks ago with some friends. The location and restaurant is cute and in a great location. We were surprised how empty it was for a Friday night. Well, we were about to find out why.The poor server had to tell us that 70% of the menu was not available. I may be generous with the 70%. We then put our order in only to have the server come back 10 or so minutes later saying one of the entrees we ordered was also out.The food eventually came. My burger was so over cooked it was laughable. The fries were good though. We ordered a pasta dish. I have no idea who was cooking, but the chicken was completely dry and I kid you not, the pasta itself was dry. We had to return the dish. I decided not to complain about my burger because the dinner experience was already shot.I will give them the fact that the pulled pork sandwich was apparently good and our server did her best.Unless they pull it together I would not recommend.

We came by for lunch on a Saturday at opening. There was no one else in the restaurant, so we got our pick of where to sit. We chose to sit by the window so we could see the views of the water, but noticed that there were a lot dead flies and bugs on the window seal. Our waiter, who was also the host and very friendly, brought over some waters and they were warm. My daughter spilled a bit of hers but there were no napkins on our table, nor any of the tables around us. Also be warned that there is no kids menu. They apparently used to have one but decided to get rid of it. The chef was still able to make some kid friendly meals, you just have to ask! Overall the food was pretty good. My French dip sandwich was packed with meat and I was unable to finish it! The chicken strips were interesting - I've never seen them white before but my daughter still enjoyed them.

Came in here today. Just as the door was unlocked. Which wasn't even on time. Door opened I think at 11:07, First customer. My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich and sweet potato fries and a raspberry lemonade. I needed to use the restroom. Upon opening the door I noticed the trash was full, the floor was sticky and the stall I went into was so gross. Toilet paper with feces on it next to the toilet, toilet full of paper and seat unwashed. Went in the next stall over instead. Sink and counter clearly hadn't been wiped down in awhile either.Food was eh. Pork was super stringy. Fries were soggy and honestly could've been cooked longer to crisp them more. And to go cups for beverages would be greatly appreciated rather than just an open top solo like cup.Won't be returning. Cleaning should be done at closing and that was a huge turn off to wanting to come back.

Came for dinner and a couple of beverages. Our waiter was attentive and the food was good. Fair prices for being right on the boardwalk.

As one of millions who are allergic to soy, this place uses soy oil to fry in, and soy based mayonnaise for their sauces. (It's the cheapest). There is literally almost nothing on their menu I can eat. The fact that there are so few options for me (I'm also allergic to dairy) I have to rate this place low. Most restaurants at least try to offer more soy free and dairy free options. They were friendly but not accommodating and didn't even seem like they cared. Fairly large restaurant but only ten tables being served on a nice Saturday afternoon. We won't be back.

If you're looking for a place to grab a drink with nice scenery, you're all set. If you're looking for food, keep moving. My friend and I ordered Manhattans, which were great. When it came to the food we were disappointed. I ordered the poke bowl, which was more like an assortment of rice, cubes of tuna sashimi, and veggies in a bowl that wasn't able to be mixed in (unless I wanted to get it all over the table and floor). My friend's order of sautéed mushrooms was supposed to come with "Grilled Rustic Bread", but came with nothing. When he asked about it, the server said she didn't think they had any. About 45 awkward minutes later a sad looking toasted roll was provided. The order was sent back, and was not charged but overall a disappointing experience. And we still had to find food for my friend who was now very hungry. It's unfortunate because it's a great location.

This place used to be my favorite. I was debating on leaving a review but after reading the others, I really want something to change with this place! My partner and I put down our names yesterday (Sunday HH) and were told 30 min. That was fine- it's a great place to walk around and kill time. An hour went by, nothing. We checked back in, we were told just a little bit longer. Eventually 2 HOURS passed and we stood out front. Servers were walking out and taking hits of their dab pens, host was on a phone call, the cooks walked out for a break and immediately got called back in and claimed they haven't been able to take a break.. it was just so hard to watch. Owners and staff keep cycling through here and I really wish it could live up to its potential. I also have to add that I never leave reviews but this was so disappointing. I really wish the best for this place.

We went to this place Sunday afternoon, I was very disappointed in the whole experience...First the place was not that busy yet we were asked to wait for about 10 minutes and with less then 50% of the tables empty before being seated. The outside siting was very uncomfortable, The Food was over cooked and the portions was very small. The service was extremely slow and I will not patronize this establishment again.

We were first in the wait list, got seated about 10 minutes after showing up. Once we sat down we ordered a pitcher and food immediately. After waiting 10 minutes for our pitcher we waited another 1.5 hours for our food. While waiting the server said there was a "glitch" in the system and that the kitchen never got our food order, but that it would be out any minute, it actually took another 30. Once it came out, we were told (1.5 hours later) that they were out of wings. I was asked if I wanted to order something else but didn't want to wait another 1.5 hours. We also ordered the ahi poke bowl, and the tuna was still partially frozen. Although all of the above sucked, we still really enjoyed the comped wine pitcher we got and the cocktails. If it wasn't for the drinks this would be a 1 star review. I don't normally give out bad reviews, but this was a terrible experience and I want other know what they are getting into when it comes to service. We won't be coming back anytime soon unless it's just at the bar.

I really, really want to like this place. I've been over 10 times in the last year. It's got a wonderful location and view. Some of the servers are super friendly, some don't give af. There is always something wrong, whether it's someone in a bad mood or staffing or they're out of a certain liquor or entrees came and apps were forgotten. I've had 3 business lunches here with out of town vendors and have just been embarrassed.I really hope they make it; the food is sometimes decent and the view is great. I really just go so my dog can sit with me outside but it's not enough to keep going back. My tab is consistently over $100 for two people at happy hour because we have a bit of everything and 2+ drinks each or $150 for dinner but I'm just snubbed like a street walk in.

WOW, extremely rude. We used to love coming here and had the WORST service today. I literally can't believe what just happened. There's one person working first of all (light blue shorts, white shirt, dark hair). We walk up at 1:45 and it looks closed. We look around inside, yell "HELLO?!" And finally after a few minutes the man comes out and says sorry we're not open until 2, the kitchen is really hot.. fine, totally understandable... We come back in at 2pm, are handed menus and seated ourselves outside. This is when the attitude started with the employee. He asked how many people we have and we said 9. He responded that they need a reservation for 9 people. We clarified we have 8 adults and a toddler. He was irritated but let us sit down anyways. 2:10 pm one of our friends kindly goes inside and asks if someone will come out and serve us or if we order inside (at this point about 4-5 tables of people we're sitting and no one had been greeted). The guy literally says he's serving us last because we're the biggest party (even though we were the first to show up before opening, first to go inside to ask for menu's etc). How hard is it to serve water and ask for drink orders? Just total b******** His attitude was the absolute worst. It was a chore for him to do his job apparently. We love the happy hour here but f*** this place, we'll find somewhere else. Unbelievably shitty service. Food is amazing if they straighten their attitudes enough to serve you. I've never had an issue here until today! We left after he stated he would serve us last since we're the biggest party.

Sometimes it is a hit or miss when it comes to this place. Wouldn't recommend coming here for brunch or during the day due to how the staff continuously doesn't collaborate well ( which is unfortunate to see how some of them interact) . I have noticed that the night staff are more friendly, the quality of food is better, and the vibe is not off during the evening.
