Equipment rental was simple and convenient. Their pricing was competitive and they even boxed up our leftovers to send them home with us and followed up with a complimentary gift! The Vault goes above and beyond what’s required of a wedding caterer. Also, highly recommend the cilantro pesto pork belly and chorizo cornbread mushroom poppers to start!

The catering staff were excellent and very efficient during our wedding. We hired the Vault to cater an event at the Kelley Farm, and they handled all of the table set up, tear down, bartending, and movement of chairs between the ceremony area and the dinner space. The food that we had during the tasting was better prepared than the wedding (buffet style), but we were still satisfied with it.

Ordered the holiday Prime Rib dinner. Wow.. it was worth it and was a great gift to myself. I had no worries about the menu..and cooking it. Prime Rib was well seasoned, and simple cooking intructions made it easy came out beautiful. Thank you for all the condiments too, onion marmalade, butter foe the bread, horseradish and au jus. Thank you Vault Catering, for braving the elements on the 23rd to make sure it was delivered.

Fantastic experience with The Vault. They catered lunch for 24 people for two days. Had Huli Huli chicken, Beef Bulgogi, chicken tortellini, and Kahlua Pork. Everything was outstanding. Both days, lunch was delivered on time, hot, and fresh. Set up came with plates, napkins, silverware, and serving utensils. They also brought chafing dishes and sterno! Dessert cookies were delicious. Drivers were helpful and courteous. Sandra was quick to respond to questions about allergies and last minute event time changes.

My fiancé and I have both spoken to Sandra. If I could give her a 0 I would due to her poor attitude. Back in May my first email and call with Sandra was very awkward. No where on her website does it say she has a minimum. In the middle of emailing her she tells me "we have a $3500 minimum" as if to excuse my business and that's all she put in her response. I gave her a call to remove the confusion since she was being so vague. She then told me the bar service and upgrades would not be enough to get me close to that.... I ended up having to ask "are you saying you can't cater my wedding because I don't reach your minimum" (which I was more than willing to pay and I was not looking for a discount). She then proceeded to tell me "if you would like to save money I suggest you go elsewhere" (I didn't know my finances were her business). I was shocked she turned me away and just figured I'd give her a call at a later date. Then comes my fiancés encounter with her yesterday 6-30-22. My Fiancé had called her and when he told her the location was in Enumclaw (which I disclosed in my first email in May) she said that was "out of her range but he could check back in a couple of months to see if they extended it". This is a total lie considering the other locations she has posted on her Instagram are just as far! Since my fiancé didn't give her his name I figured she wouldn't know he was MY fiancé so I decided to try to contact her again. I emailed very politely yesterday 6-30-22 and complimented her work and let her know that I was more than willing to pay the minimum and I would love to set up a tasting. I just got an response from her Today 7-1-22 that they are apparently booked out on my wedding date as of the last 24 hours one year from now. I mean with the way she turns away business this seems like a total lie of course. I don't know how we offended her considering we have never encountered her before these exchanges. Anyway, judging from the other low reviews of this place and my encounter with this woman she has very poor communication skills and wouldn't know what customer service was if it hit her between the eyes. I'm so very glad to be taking my business elsewhere. Bless your heart Sandra.

Sandra and her team of talented kitchen staff went above and beyond for my wife and I’s wedding back in June. The Food tasted even better the day of the wedding then it did at the tasting, even with some last minute tweaks to the menu Sandra made it all possible!Sandra took care of everything from the food, rentals, bartenders and even the Dj. Which was a major stress reliever for my wife and I, like most people “We don’t need a wedding planner…” boy we’re we wrong, it’s a lot harder then you’d think to plan an event for 150+ people especially with constant changing social guidelines!Like most people on their wedding day, you barely have enough time to eat the cake because everything goes by in a flash, this was true for us.. but there were Togo boxes of both the food and dessert left over for us which we did not expect!All our guests were pleased with the menu, no complaints whatsoever, it’s been months and people are still talking about that BBQ menu we had!They also went above and beyond and surprised me with “the groom’s favorites table” which I don’t know who told them all my favorite snacks! I was shocked and excited to see that!We will definitely use the vault again for our next event! They don’t just do weddings as Sandra told us.Thank you Everyone at The Vault that made this day Possible!

Very glad to have Thanksgiving catered. Most of the food was good. Good price too! Turkey was the only disappointment, the dark meat was the only part I ate. My husband thought it was good. :). Not as good as home made but much better than some of my in-laws meals.
