Waitress could of acted like she wanted to serve you instead of making you feel like your an inconvenience not at all inviting!!! And your pub steak was not the same as before when we were there. Very disappointing ?

So we're not "regulars" but we frequent this place at least once a month. We've never had an issue until tonight.The service was abhorrent. We never have experiences as slow and bad of service as we had tonight. We were sitting there for almost 20 or so minutes before we were even greeted.The drinks took 15 minutes to come to us and we didn't get menus until after we got our drinks. Once done we sat for another 20 or so minutes waiting for someone to check on us as well as give us our bill.We both wanted another drink but no one ever asked us until we were done eating and ready to leave.Time wise, we spent over an hour and a half from entry to leaving. All for food and one drink each.The menu also changed. We came there because we knew what to expect. We were thrown off. Things were missing from the menu that we enjoyed but it is what it is.The drinks were sub-par. Mine was okay for the most part but my fiancee's was not. Both seemed watered down.Time to find a new monthly haunt I suppose. The place was mostly empty for a Saturday night before St. Patrick's Day.

Can't rate the food anymore. Had to find another place to get my daily takeout. They changed the best part of my normal meals. Tried it 3 times. Can't get the hang of it. Not for me.I love the people who work there. They were always great to me. So much so they would answer the phone saying hello Kevin. I don't drink so I'm going to miss them & the atmosphere when I did eat in the pub with friends.Thanks for the great run. Anyone who leaves a bad review about service is just having a bad day or just likes to complain about everything. Never had an issue with anyone. Even when super busy they always got it right. Be patient & wait your turn unlike the previous review.
I came in for a beer and sat at the rail. The bartender and 2 other employees walked past multiple times, deep in their own conversation. I turned to another customer and said all I really wanted was a beer. He replied that the service I was seeing is

A guy working here names Isiah saw a girl outside throwing up that didn’t come from the bar and came out to genuinely check on her and was so respectful and seemed like a super genuine guy. it meant a lot. u will feel safe here.
