Service is really slow, but if you call in ahead it's not too bad.The low stars is solely because they stole another companies name and when they were asked to stop using that name, they refused. The original Eagan's owner has to take them to court to get them to stop and that is just sad. Tells me that this company just really doesn't care.

Worker's were smoking inside the restaurant when we showed up. Did not receive the complete order. And Worker's started smoking cigarettes again inside the building while we were eating. Not happy with quality of food or service. Not the place I grew up going too!
We stopped for a burger and fries. Best burger I have had in years. I would have given them 5 stars but the fryer was broke down. I realize that wasn't their fault but it spilled my experience. I will be back.

Out of a third of items No pepsi, no fish hell walk across the street to the store and buy some... bathroom was filthy cant believe its to busy to have someone clean the place

So I called an hour ago and placed my order for pick up. I specified that I would be picking up at 6:30pm as Yelp has their hours as open until 8:00pm on Sunday nights. I just drove over to pick it up and was expecting a bit of a wait because I was ten minutes early. The place is dark. Closed. They closed at 6:00pm! I wish they would have told me that when I placed the order. My wife is a nurse and was craving a mushroom swiss burger, and I figured I would surprise her when she got home. Looks like she'll get a chicken Caesar wrap from the grocery store instead. Good thing I didn't prepay. Also, since you are not affiliated with Big Tom's or the other Eagan's locations, isn't it shady to have the Big T and Little T burgers? Ethics are not strong with this one. I guess while I'm at it, I'll mention the Loretta Eagan's location that used to be open in Oakville. While ordering there a few years ago, we watched a woman in the kitchen refilling a mayonnaise dispenser without gloves. Some mayonnaise got on her thumb and she proceeded to lick it off and go back to filling the container. The other woman who took our order wore the same pair of gloves to write the order, take my card for payment, cook the order, then open the window to hand it to us. Ughhhhh
