I can’t believe how bad this place is getting , lines of people who want the service and they can’t even get it. They ran out of ice cream, service is terrible. Phones are always down, hopefully corporate steps in , maybe get undercover boss in there for an extreme makeover!!!! Just take my money and get my kids some ice cream !!

Freaking slow and don’t listen to the customers orders! They’ve got my orders wrong almost every time I’ve gone! They need to repeat orders once a customer is done!

for starters the ice cream melts in 5 minutes and it's expensive way overprice. Paying for water with cookie/chocolates in it milk is way thinker don't know what they use. One last thing being rushed to eat something isn't the best customer service

Their sign has always said they close at 10PM, I Called twice before driving 20 miles to confirm they would be open because they have done this to me before. I pulled up to the speaker at 9:40PM and got no response, I pulled up to the window and the employee was just standing there “cleaning” acting as if she didn’t see me and my friend in our car.
