Worst fastfood experience in ages, and it wasn't just the prices. The chicken tenders were fine, but the fries were worse than abysmal; tough, hard, and the entire side was that way. I thought fries would be easier to eat while driving. Which they could have been, but these were inedible. Too bad I was on the road when I tried them. Not returning to this KFC in Toppenish, WA, ever. (They didn't even give me a receipt with which to review the food, so they must have known it was BAD!)

Okay, so we like KFC we like Taco Bell, but this store is the worst store. We don't ever get condiments.sporks to eat with butter honey for Biscuit no napkins nothing u can ask for it but u never get it. I mean really hard up to save a buck well thats gonna loose customers for sure...and the chicken was dry and hard u couldn't even eat it. Really owner manager and crew is this how u would like to be treated when u go to fast food restraunts.

I ordered a 3 peice big box last night. The mashed potatoes were strangely watered down. I woke up this morning with my stomach growling. I have had the runs ever since. What happened to food safety. I am sick as a dog today. I won't go back. For food safety don't eat there.

My brother and sister-in-law enjoyed their KFC dinner in Toppenish. My brother accidentally left his wallet and phone on the counter before departing. The KFC Manager, Mariana, was absolutely remarkable! She set the wallet and phone aside for safekeeping and, in a genius move, texted us as the most recent people who had texted my brother’s phone. We were able to retrieve his belongings and it was a great pleasure to meet Mariana! She is a wonderful human and heroine. We will look forward to future KFC visits while appreciating Mariana’s integrity, outstanding service, and her gracious act of kindness!

Went through drive thru had min wait. Got food had to turn back bc the fries I ordered were OLD clearly been sitting there for way to long. Then the nacho cheese I paid for was chunky not the usual Taco Bell cheese at all. Asked for fresh cheese idk if they microwaved it or not but non the less I paid about ten dollars. The bowl was good size HOWEVER the driest tasting famous bowl I ever had in my life! There was a splash of gravy I mean it was a splash when I mixed it the bowl was still white all potatoes but zero gravy. I won't be back. Also almost got 3rd degree burn in my mouth bc the cheese was so hot the kid was melted Whatever they did it diluted the case because it didn't taste like cheese and it was so hot that I was so glad I did drop it on myself. Otherwise I would've burned my body.
The food its just great and for the value even better even tho minimum wage went up still the best place to eat

Workers at this kfc do not know to take orders! I ordered the 8 piece meal that comes with 2 potato and coleslaw and order a Mac and cheese as an extra side they gave us 2 coleslaw instead

Ordered a large side of corn. It looks old, brown, and dry. It tastes horrible. I had ordered delivery and they said they could not deliver a new one.
