Called Corperate Office to complain. Been coming here to buy taco bell food, the manager called me after he got the complaint, he ran through my complaints and when we got to how they act on the microphone at the window he stated it was a script and they are not allowed to say anything like is that it or all that they have to say what else or whats next. They way they come across is very unprofessional and rude. He had the attitude himself that he just didn't care so I told him I will just go somewhere else. He said thats fine! This place has serious problems and from other reviews I can see i am not alone. So people should just stop going to this place, let it be shut down and i guess the employees can be out of worlk. Remember they don't care! Thats the attitude, WE JUST DON'T CARE!

Great customer service, clean restaurant, clean bathrooms. Additionally, my good friend forgot her purse in the restaurant and we did not realize it until a couples of hours later. Well came to this location again....with more poor results I had a simple order a party pack and a burrito and some cinnamon twists nothing big...paid for the food was not given a receipt and asked to pull forward to wait 5 vehicles went by receiving their orders and finally a worker came out and asked what I was waiting for so after 20 minutes waiting we finally got our order no receipt still...but at least the delivery girl apologized for the weight....I think a franchise specialist should look into the quality assurance of this location for training and management evaluations

False advertisement on their pricing. Items listed as incorrect price on menu both outside and inside. After going inside because we were rung up for the wrong price was told that the menu has the wrong price listed and there is nothing they can do about the overcharging. Rather than talk to corporate, or post a notice of incorrect price, the manager informed me there is nothing they can do.They treated me as if I were stupid for thinking that when the menu says "$1 each" the items would actually be $1, not $1+. This is the only Taco Bell that I've seen items listed as one price and then been told that the pricing is a "bracket" and not actually the listed pricing.Also, the food was pretty bad. The potatoes were really hard and stale, and the burritos had very little in them.

Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. They don’t like to make the limited specials like the Grilled cheddar chalupa they claim they are out of product. The bags of food they hand out rarely have the correct order. The staff are so rude and unprofessional. They act like the customer is bothering them.
