I’ve worked out of Artisan Community Kitchen for almost a year now and it is easily the best ran commissary I’ve seen. Owner Darrin is on top of everything. Keeps the kitchen impeccably clean and if anything needs to be fixed or replaced it happens immediately. On top of that everyone who rents at the kitchen are very kind and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I am a tenant at this kitchen and am very impressed with everything about it. It is very clean, organized and a friendly place to work. Darrin has created a really strong community in the kitchen, and I am excited to grow my business here.

This is the best shared kitchen space you will ever find. The owner truly cares about the well-being and success of every single member. It’s a very friendly environment between businesses as well, the amount of free food, help and advice I was given on a daily business was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Don’t even bother touring other facilities, this is the one. Apply ASAP, they fill up fast.

We had terrible experience with this kitchen. The owner seems super nice at first but I was so wrong. He accused our company of things we did not do. I’ve asked him multiple times to show us the videos because he does have cameras all over the place and he refused. From all the companies that rent from him we were the least useful to him as we did not work there every day only when we had big wedding events. So it made sense for him to use us as example and throw us out. Broke our contract while we had hundred thousand dollars worth of weddings to do that summer. Even though our family attorney said we have a case and can pursue a lawsuit for wrongfully accusing and terminating our contact… But God had a different plan for us. An opportunity came across and we signed a 10 year lease at Southcenter and now building our own kitchen. We are hard-working honest righteous people. All the companies in that kitchen loved us. And for him to do such a terrible thing to us was very disappointing. I’m sure Karma will play it’s part one day.

This is a great commissary Kitchen it has all the latest and newest cooking equipment. Most commissary kitchens charge you and nickel and dime you we've been here for about 6 months and haven't seen any of the nickel and dining charges is exactly what they say is what you going to pay AR companies very happy being in this kitchen and highly recommended to anyone who starting a very small business The operator/owner is very helpful to all The businesses there and all of the Members that work at the kitchen We all get along and share different business ideals it's just a great environment to be in I would hardly recommend that you use use the artisan community kitchen.

We are really happy at this community kitchen all the Equipment is new. They spared no expense on state-of-the-art Kitchen equipment There's enough space for everyone. What I really like about the space is it makes your company look professional there's a waiting area in conference Room to Have meetings with customers potential customers and vendors Giving You a professional look. I'm not the owner but my boss told me that the price was much better Then other commissary kitchens as well Other commissary kitchens as well .

Artisan Community Kitchen has excellent ownership and this is clearly reflected in the cleanliness, security, and organization throughout the kitchen. Paired with the flexible rental rates/packages and available start up assistance, we have been given a real opportunity keep our business up and running throughout COVID. Ownership has a background in Catering so they understand fully the needs and wants of a commissary kitchen.

I am co-owner of Macadons and Pink's Ice Cream. We were technically the first tenant at Artisan Community Kitchen since we were occupying the space for about 2 years before Darrin and his team came in and turned it into a commissary kitchen. The changes he made to improve the space was night and day. While building it out, he was always very accommodating and asking what everyone wanted and needed so that it would be a welcoming place to come into. New paint on the walls, new flooring, new decor, upgraded and repaired equipment that was there, and paid for new equipment to come in, on top of many other things that were done behind the scenes.I've had many conversations with Darrin and he is one of the most caring people I know. He comes from the same background as anyone that is looking for a space to manufacture their food products because he used to own his own catering business so he knows how hard it was finding a space that would fit our needs. I think that is one of the most important pieces of information to know.It was a tough decision for our team to move out since we loved being there, but we had to do leave. We were taking up a lot of space already and we are continuing to grow and it just didn't make sense for us or for Artisan Community Kitchen to keep us there. After leaving, we still have a great relationship with Darrin and his team and we love coming back to chat and see the progress and new people that are coming into the space.Whether you're looking for a space to test out your product to see if it makes sense to go all in and turn your dream into a reality, or looking for a space to expand your current operations, working with ACK is a great place to do it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know! Set up a time for a tour and a talk with Darrin and see for yourself!
