“Franz is the only gluten-free bread I like. Prices are half of grocery store prices, and some products are only available here.Sadly, they've discontinued the gluten-free dinner rolls and gluten-free bagels. New items include gf sourdough bread, gf rye bread, and gf brioche bread.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“Wide selection of baked goods! Decided on half dozen various when was only here for savory food. Air conditioned. Clean tables. Quiet and classy music. Friendly service. Ample parking. All right here in Tukwila.Vegetarian options: Grilled or fresh sandwiches. Various salads.“
“Accommodating family business, and talented! My husband surprised me with a cheesecake for Valentines day from this bakery. Let me preface this by saying, I've had many a cheesecake in my life. Big-store-bought, homemade, and from bakeries big and small, family and corporate, far and wide.It can be particularly difficult to find low-carb desserts free of offensive artificial ingredients that don't leave you wanting for their sugar-filled counterparts. Ours is a sugar-free lifestyle and it can be a challenge finding treats outside of our own kitchen. But this keto/low carb cheesecake was the best cheesecake I've ever had in my life! The texture: the smoothest, like delicious ivory silk on a fork. The flavor of ours was cherry vanilla, and you could see the flecks of actual vanilla bean throughout. Do yourself a favor, especially if you're avoiding sugar, and pick up one of these cheesecakes.“
“Stopped by to get some puto for a friend who is moving. Did not expect them to have so much weight! The woman who rang me up threw in a bag of pan de ube, too. Unexpected but a very welcome surprise. Would definitely recommend. Surprisingly better than most of the Filipino pan de ube that I get from some Asian markets in Seattle. It is pretty cramped inside the shop. You get more than 2 people looking for something, and you'll run into each other. But overall a nice find.“
“We loved this place! Super friendly employees and a very clean space. You are welcomed by an assortment of pastries and a cute bakery. However, there's A LOT of open area here and I definitely think they could have added more tables and chairs for their customers. They literally only had like 2 small tables and it's definitely not enough for people that want to stay and enjoy their food and drinks. We got the cheese bread and garlic bread to eat. Very soft, delicious, and flavorful. I got a strawberry de leche from their strawberry festival line. SO GOOD. And they have real chunks of strawberries in there. We also got the milk tea with boba. It was good and it had a good amount of sweetness. And I know they are famous for the sea salt coffee line, but it was notttt it for us. The salt was too overbearing and you could barely taste the coffee. So I do recommend trying a different type of coffee on their menu. Other than that, highly recommend this place for a quick bite and drink!“
