Expectation was low due to not being extremely excited about any token hotel restaurant but was pleasantly surprised. The menu was on point and each meal uniquely delicious for a table of 8 adults before flying out the next day. Don't bother going anywhere else when it's right there at the hotel!!!

Couldn't believe my eyes. A man walked into the restaurant with his dog. Didn't hear what he ordered, but when his two plates of food were served, the waitress knelt down to the dog, removed the cover from one of the dinner plates, and fed the dog straight off the plate while the man ate the other plate of food. Totally unsanitary. Will never eat here.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was awesome. You have to try the scallops in the cream sauce and the mushroom brushetta!!! Divine!

Horrible experience. Food, price,service, taste every thing was unbelievably bad. We were the party of 10 friends decided to try the restaurant for the first time yesterday on 2/2/2020. We ordered variety of food from salads, grilled chicken and pastas. First of all the food was so delayed that we lost the appetite. Second wen the food came the presentation was good so started eating right away. After 3 bites every one started to look at each other but we were hesitant to address the issue which was tasteless food.No taste, no flavor, cold food. Nothing was up the expectation of the name of the dish. chicken fettuccine was cold, the chicken was horrible tasteless and boiled. Chicken Mediterranean was boiled, under cooked with no flavor. It was just horrible, horrible and the price was way too much. I would never recommend to anyone or go there again.

Staff was very rude the manager got in my face for bringing outside food into the restaurant when they were located inside the hotel where I just brought in a cup of water from the lobby. Took an hour and a half to get my food and was the same for the rest of my large group. I still stayed and had my food which was very poor but I still ate it quickly and paid so I could just get out of there already. After paying I exit he business and the manager chases after me claiming that I didn't pay when infact I did and she tried to ruin my whole night over a glass of water that wasn't from their restaurant when I had just arrived from a 12 hour flight.

The salmon was fantastic (king salmon), but all the chairs I tried in the dining area were completely worn out. Made for an overall uncomfortable dining experience. Five stars for food. Minus two stars for worn out chairs.

Drop whatever plan you have and come to this delectable restaurant! I've had four different meals and each meal has been five stars. Food you'll never forget. Not to mention service is quick and friendly.
I ate the impossible burger there for the first time. It was fantastic.

We are staying in the Embassy suites hotel and this restaurant wants to charge us regular price to bring our food into the general seating area rather than the happy hour price they charge their customers that sit in their regular seating area. Highly offended in the double standard.

Food was excellent and the service even better. Made a last minute Christmas dinner reservation for Basil's and wasn't sure how things would go. Best decision ever. Arrived and they were pretty busy and had a limited staff. Got seated quickly but we asked to be moved to the bar area since we were by the door. Not a problem. They asked to take our order before moving to help get our food a little quicker. Nice. Even though they were really busy we had our food in about 15 minutes. I had Lamb Chops and my wife had Med Crusted Chicken. Both meals were excellent. We (as every table) interacted with at least 4 staff members as they were busy so the rotated tables to ensure everyone was well taken care of. The service and the attitude was top notch. I highly recommend Basil"s. You won't be disappointed.

I stayed at this Hilton property because of hearing good things about Basils. I was very disappointed in the service. Wait staff needs training if they are going to serve/sell the type of items contained on the menu. Employees were busy trying to serve patrons as well as bartend. Dirty dishes were left on our table long after dining. We needed to ask to have the table cleaned off which was only partially cleaned off. Very disappointing visit.
