Passed my expectations for their price bar. My service was appropriate for a walk up stand. I tried several flavors and was surprised by a few. I changed my mind a few times. The straw taro was so good I couldn't turn it down. I really like their interior design even if it is small. I feel like I'm ordering from a clean, fun, and professional establishment. They have a simple menu that is average in size. I kind of wish there was more options but I'm happy with what I got. Oh yea and they are located inside the mall so you can assume you'll have to venture to find this place after parking. Unless you already know the mall well.

The last few visits (all in January) , especially today (1/18/24),the service has been UNPLEASANT. The young very skinny Asian girl with a small tattoo on her (right?) arm acted very stuck up and just flat out UNFRIENDLY.Whenever there are no customers and you're the only one standing in front of the counter, it takes someone such a long time before anyone comes out to greet you.No one ever says sorry for the long wait, no one smiles and no one seems to like working.***To the manager/owner - RETRAIN all of your female employees to be friendlier because for whatever reason, they never give a welcoming or warm vibe.While I do enjoy the drinks, customer service is A HUGE DEAL and sooner or later, customers such as myself will not be coming back!

With prices are going up and portion sizes going down, you won't be complaining about that here at Braganza. The prices are consistently the same and the add-ins (boba, jelly, pudding,etc) are always free!! This place is always great. The value that you get is better than other boba places. Their boba is always fresh (made every 4 hours). I have no complaints. Sometimes there's a huge line but they were able to get me in and out in a few minutes.
