Was out of everything except made day before sandwiches that were the quality of gas station food. Was out of cups and night before out of drip coffee. All during a packed tournament. Terrible management of this establishment.

We enjoy coming to see my son's game and sit to have a cup of coffee. I ordered two coffees . the barista that took my order was very friendly, but the order barista that was making our coffee was more busy looking at her nail than focusing on making our order . Perhaps multitasking should be practiced ‍ I received my chai and it was slightly warmed. I've been a barista for 9+ years and we do not overheat our milk or steam our milk in a cup. sadly the barista re heated my chai in the same cup instead of pouring it on the pitcher

We had a terrible experience here that honestly ruined our day. My moms English isn’t the greatest so I don’t blame the baristas for any sort of miscommunication or misunderstanding. However, I do blame them for the rude and poor attitude towards her when she had told them that what they gave her wasn’t what she had ordered. The one blonde girl in particular that was preparing the food today could benefit from a serious attitude adjustment, considering that in all this my mother was never rude to her or treated her with unkindness.

Went there today to buy my son a bagel before his game and i waited about 15 mins for the bagel after noticing the person at the register handling money with gloves and proceeding to use those same gloves and touching the bagel and contaminating the food. The poor attitude the person had once I told her I didn’t want it made me just walk away. This is a health violation. I’m very disappointed in the service. I would avoid this place.

Visited this coffee shop while my boyfriend was in practice and the barista Olga made a delicious latte, and entertained me until practice was done, will be back.

We go to Starfire for my kid's soccer, and we have always enjoyed the cafe. The staff have always been great and accommodating. I watch him and his two friends on Wednesdays. The staff are always considerate and smiling when we come in despite being quite the chaos of trying to get homework done. I usually get a snack for the boys, they have a great selection. I am very thankful for the cafe and how great the staff treat us.

There a sign that says "Now serving smiles" more like attitude.I've been to this place a number of times and always had a nice and friendly person who took my order, making conversation and giving me their opinion on what's good when I ask them. Which is great! I went in to get a grilled cheese and a shake. No one was in line so I thought it would be quick. I was trying to make conversation with the lady that was there. But she wasn't having it, just gave me bland answers to everything I asked her like she didn't want to be there or answer my questions. Once I ordered the total was around $10. I paid with a card and when you insert the card it asks if you want to tip and gives you 2 suggested ones or an "other" option. I clicked other and it said $0 and I clicked enter. Once the lady saw that it was game over. There was a notepad there she ripped a piece of paper slammed it on the counter and said "UGH!!"She then proceeded to make my shake throwing the ice in the blender all mad and closing the cabinet door hard. In my head I was like WOW. I looked at the tip jar, there was just cents- No wonder she wasn't getting any tips. BUT little did she know I WAS going to tip her with the cash I had in my wallet. But after the little stunt she pulled she most definitely wasn't going to get a tip from me. I was observing how she was with others and same thing... unbelievable. And of course she took her sweet time making my order since I didn't tip. Never going back there if I see here there. Worst customer service.
