My friend eats chipotle each and every day and since 2 months she has been experiencing racism. She pays for her food but still they don’t give her full service! Full order. They give false excuses like they have to keep it for other customers! This doesn’t even make any sense, you are worried for other customers but not for my friend who is standing there and ready to pay for her food.Very disappointed with chipotle.Please take some action against this.

It’s each and every day.I have been a regular customer at Chipotle, and it pains me to write this review about my recent experiences at the Southcenter Mall location. As someone with health problems, I rely on Chipotle for my daily lunch, but my recent encounters have left me feeling frustrated and ignored.One of the reasons I choose Chipotle is because I cannot eat their chips due to the salt content. Instead, I purchase taco shells and break them up to use as a substitute. However, the store manager, a lady whose name I am not aware of, has repeatedly refused to give me taco shells, stating that they need to be kept for other customers. I find this reasoning puzzling since I am a paying customer as well. I'm not asking for them for free; I am willing to pay for each taco shell I request.Over the past two weeks, I have encountered this issue multiple times. On August 22, when I asked for six taco shells with my salad bowl, I was once again denied, with the manager claiming they had none available. However, my frustration peaked when I witnessed another customer being served taco shells just moments later, despite my prior request.Same thing happened today, 08-28-2023. A lady was serving me and I told her I need 6 taco shells, when she went to pull that tray out, other Mexican lady said sorry we can’t. As we have to keep it for other customers. I mean what the hell you are worried about future customer who didn’t even placed an order??? That’s ridiculous.This consistent lack of consideration and unequal treatment has left me extremely disappointed. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential for Chipotle to address these issues promptly and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback and prompts the necessary actions to improve the service at the Southcenter Mall Chipotle location.

I just ordered my food for delivery and we specifically put in my order for utensils . We ordered 3 bowls and no utensils not even a napkins. Delivery is late . What a horrible service. I guess the workers in this store has NO COMMON SENSE

The Southcenter mall location was the worst ever! I am so disappointed. My burrito bowl had so much fat. I got a. Mix of steak & chicken. I've never had any issues with my food at any other Chipotle location. This was the first time eating at this one. But never ever again!!! The entire bowl I was spitting out pieces of meat with chewy fat. I also found a piece of short black hair in my food. To top it all off in one of the first bites! But after paying $12 something. I wasn't throwing it away. I'm just so disgusted with the whole situation. The workers weren't very friendly either.
This your best bet when you come to SOUTHCENTER MALL.. everything is fresh.. staff is professional and the lines move fast.. 5Stars!! Easy !!!

They make their own hours even though it says they are open at 10am. Walked up and waited 2-3minutes until they told me they were not open until 12pm. Kind of weird that they open the same time as the mall and can do their online order but not serve people that actually come in to get food.

Witnessed 4-5 employees just standing around with a sign on display for online orders only. Not too sure is this is a chipotle company policy, to witness several employees just giggling and not physically assisting customers can be quite upsetting. Asked the supervisor and she said two employees called out, therefore online order were the only option. I find it difficult to believe this is a actual procedure to follow because I saw at least 5 employees available to assist someone.
