I saw this place circulating on Facebook and YouTube, so I decided to give it a try since I'm in town. The noodles are flat rice noodles made fresh daily in the restaurant, and the broth is very good. My taste detected no MSG. I felt the price is a bit high for Pho.
I just went to Dong Thap Noodles’ new location in Tukwila for the first time, and I’m so happy the quality is still just as wonderful as when they had their restaurant in the CID. The pho broth is rich and so perfectly seasoned/spiced. The freshly made noodles are bouncy and soft. This is easily one of my top 5 Vietnamese restaurants in the greater Seattle area. Definitely recommend it!

Second time come here. We like the home made noodles of this place. Last time about a month ago, we ordered small size of everything. We thought, the small and the large bowl size is huge difference.
