The line was super long but took even longer to get through. It was really difficult to find seating because the place was packed. The adobo and pork skewers were good. Everything else was pretty bad and didn't seem fresh. Especially the lumpia, pancit, and palabok. I'm Filipino and have eaten plenty of times at Grill City in San Francisco, but the food here just didn't taste right.

Was everything we were expecting. Great place to go to for some Filipino food. It was rich and filling. Great selection.

Food is ok but the service isn't very nice. Someone wanted to try out new food, and the staff was laughing because she was asking for the ingredients and what it tasted like. I went up to the lady and helped describe some of the food I have had from Grill City. I don't remember what she got, but I did feel bad that staff wasn't helpful to someone who was curious and eager to try out filipino food.

Love their chicken and pork barbecue, parents usually order some for parties.A bit crowded dine in since the checkouts to buy groceries are nearby and a small walkway to the mall divides them .The sinigang is a too sour even for my parents. Salmon is a bit dry but the sauce was great. Mostly ate their sisig and made the food a bit better. Too bad it was only a side dish.

Terrible lots of the food was grilled hours ago, it looks good but don't b fooled unless u happened to get fresh, I had the squid, I love grilled squid this was mushy inside plastic like outside. And it was not cheap, $13 for the squid $4 for one bbq pork stick drenched in sweet sauce.

Food is ok. Service is meh. I know its our filipino humor to be sarcastic but when the order is big we are just trying to check our orders dont talk as if youre annoyed. We were asking if they had a box and they had to respond by asking their co employee if there was any available as we are flying to california with the orders. Bro... don't be a b*tch and work in customer service if you dont have patience

I went there yesterday for their pork BBQ and I was so disappointed. I used to liked it that's why we always order the pork BBQ skewers whenever we're in the area. Their pork BBQ skewers was so bland yesterday and even not enough sauce. Please bring back your original recipe/taste for your bbq pork GRILL CITY,

We came in just around 11am and ordered the tocilog and hotdogs with Rice combo maybe it's a timing issues but our rice wasn't garlic rice and our eggs wasn't sunny side up but scrambled. We were told that they were sold out of of bangus and no more regular eggs or garlic rice.It was a disappointing brunch.

I don't know why i just realized that if I'm craving Filipino food, I don't need to drive far and I don't even have to cook! Seafood City is already a must for my grocery needs so why not add Grill City as a stop when going grocery shopping or just whenever I'm hungry! I usually get their pork BBQ. Their pork sinigang (sour soup) is also good! My parents' version is my fave but the sinigang at GC is a close second. Their Bicol Express is surprisingly delicious as well! Their nilaga is just ok though. I'd love to go back over and over until I've tried almost every dish they have! Service is ok. I wouldn't expect anything special so just focus on the food! They mean well, but it's just how it is sometimes!

A quite surprisingly good fast option for grocery store cafeteria food.. I was honestly really pleased with the quality of food here. We had originally wanted to get Jollibee, but after seeing the line we decided against it and went elsewhere. This was conveniently located inside the grocery store next door, so we decided to come try. I don't get Filipino food that often, so this was pretty exciting for me. We got the bbq pork skewer which came with a huge portion of rice, and chose the rice noodle stir fry as our side. They were super generous with the portion, although I was sad they were out of the chicken adobo. The food itself was great - the pork was tender and had such a yummy sauce, and the rice was somehow so amazingly fragrant and good. The noodles were just ok - a little too much pepper for our taste but not bad by any means. If you're looking for something quick, affordable, and tasty, this is a great spot for some Filipino food :)

Food was old and cold. The bbq was too rubbery and the flavor is not as authentic? pancit was also very bland. It’s just so disapapointing in

Chose this place to get a quick meal since it’s counter service. Instead we stood in a line of approximately 20 people today at 2pm for 15 minutes without moving more than 3 feet. Left without food while 6 separate employees stood around not actually serving anyone - including a man who flipped a fish with a pair of tongs SIX TIMES without plating it or doing anything other than play with it. That was the last straw before walking out. The line was significantly longer upon our exit.

My go to Filipino place to eat when I'm in Washington state. Great flavors and lots of items to choose from. I like the BBQ pork on a stick and the grilled squid. Sadly, there's no Grill City in British Columbia.
