Perhaps it had been a tough day for the manager because he was severely lacking in politeness. The guys who put my sandwich together were great, but the manager clearly did not want to be there. Maybe he’ll have a better day tomorrow. I won’t go find out.

I have always been happy with the quality coming from Jimmy John's and the Freaky Fast has been amazing. Admittedly, our office is right down the street so that doesn't hurt. The last few weeks I've tried to order only to find their online ordering down. I've called to see if there was a problem and if I could order on the phone but get a message that the line isn't in service right now. Did this location go out of business? Closed due to staffing issues? COVID? I'd appreciate a heads up if anyone else knows.

An hour for a sandwich delivered. Freaky fast my a*** Then when I call to find out what is taking so long, some rude punk kid answers the phone and says that's just how it is because they don't have drivers. Well then, my answer is get off your a** manager and start delivering sandwiches. Your paid to keep the jimmy John's policy of freaky fast, not slow, rude and lazy. And I promise, ill be calling and complaining to corporate too. I aid $30 for attitude???? My a** I did... THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN SINCE THERE ISNT ENOUGH WORKERS TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY....

I will nor eat at Jimmy johns againI paid $16.for a roast beef sandwich, very little meat no cheese.When I complained I was offered a mayonnaise packet.The cookie was good.the person behind the counter was rude .I was embarrassed as I was waved at when I left.if I could give no stars I would never again will I go to Jimmy John's.you guys suck.

I would like to take the time to write a review about this location. I placed an order for over 300+ sandwiches for an event at my workplace. I appreciate all the effort Dante and his team put in to delivering the best service possible. His team helped me put everything in the car, and was kind enough to give me some extra boxes and napkins. I had to make multiple trips and my order was freaky fresh every time! The team was very flexible when I asked if they could make 100 more sandwiches ( my team really enjoyed them) I will definitely be coming back for another event:)

The male employees are a lot unfriendlier than the female ones, especially the ones that work in the morning & before 2 PM. The sandwiches that I've ordered (a handful of them) have not gotten any better each time. I ask for extra of all the toppings & I'm only getting half of that. The Jimmy John's (JJ) on 1940 S 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134 is the best one at making their sandwiches tasteful and packed.There are only a few JJ parking spots as the entire lot is shared with other businesses.
