“First, I must admit - I LOVE smoothies! Emerald City Smoothie (ECS) is by far my favorite spot for one, and I frequent several locations throughout the county each week to enjoy them. I specifically picked the Tukwila location (even though there was a closer one to us) because they consistently make great smoothies and their staff are very friendly.We had a staff meeting of 20+ people to serve breakfast to. We wanted to create a 'make your own acai bowl' bar for staff. Martin (ECS) was fast to respond, extremely accommodating, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He hooked us up with the bowl bases in larger containers for easier transporting, their yummy granola, and all the bowls and silverware needed. We bought all the fruits for the toppings. Martin helped to build a package that met our food needs as well as our smaller budget.Upon pick up, the bowls were all ready and packed up at the agreed upon pick up time, the consistency was perfect, and the flavor was great! The team thoroughly enjoyed the bowls. We have several ECS fans on our team and they were so happy to be able to enjoy the real deal for an acai bowl. We not only impressed them but also made new fans out of those who hadn't had an acai bowl or ECS. Thank you for helping to bring more variety and creativity to our staff meeting menu. “At Southcenter, Duke's is such a nice location and food is superb. Clam chowder never fails to impress. Fish and chips always a delight. My preferred lunch is the chopped seafood salad - so much seafood you can hardly eat it all. Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream for a dessert was delicious. We had 11:30 AM reservation, so not many other diners in the restaurant. Recommend for romantic meals, family meals, and just regular dining.“
“So many drink options! Usually when I pass by these type of drink stores they only have the fruit or milk teas... BUT!! They have coffee drinks including the egg coffee which is harder to find in Kent/ south center area compared to Seattle It was in an open lid cup so it was hard to mix it well- very bitter in the beginning. But as some of the ice melted and the cream mixed it it was so good! Next time I will definitely ask for a sealed top if possible so I can shake it up well“
“When I need a good smoothie while shopping my go to place is Jamba Juice. Every time I go I have had a great experience. The last two times I went, there were two amazing workers there Ana and Angelina, they both had great customer service and made my smoothie with great consistency. Definitely will be going back because of them.“
“One of the best flavored teas I've gotten in Washington! I got a Passionfruit green tea and it's one of my favorite ones yet. The guy was super quick with the service and it came out before I even got back to my seat! 10/10 recommend.“
“Today, I ordered a milk tea w/ puff cream & boba that satisfied my boba cravings. I also indulged in a warm and fresh bubble waffle, which I highly recommend trying. Don't forget to pair it with the delicious Oreo dipping sauce for an extra treat! ?“
“We were craving hotpot place and this was the closest location from where we were. Pick a broth between non spicy- to extra spicy, any broth will be charged $8.50 ea. they have 4 plates to choose from where you just grab and throw into you hot pot both. It ranges between $2.50-$5.50 depending on the color. It reminds me of genki sushi where it’s a passing through belt with the items. They have pork, chicken, beef meats, vegs, tofu, and some desserts. It was our first time and we definitely enjoyed. It was a Friday early evening so it wasn’t crazy busy yet. Not bad for 2 of us we spent $68 around there. Parking is available in front the store. Overall you pick, cook, add your spices which are available on the side in front of you.“
“This Bobalust Tea House location is actually pretty close to home and its always popping! Sometimes customers are spilling out of the store because the location is a bit smaller than Kirkland. Overall, customer service is pretty good. I asked a few questions and I ended up getting a Green Thai Tea & the OG milk tea with 0% sweetness. If you are unsure about the the sweetness level you can always ask for a sample, they are usually able to provide that as long as they are not super busy. 0% sweetness was actually just right for the OG Milk tea, so I'm glad I was able to try it out first! We got regular ice level and with boba and the drink was good! Boba was excellent consistency, more on the chewy side, but not hard in the middle or anything. I would say the tea doesn't have a super strong tea flavor, its a little more on milky side, but still really good. I personally like my boba tea with a stronger tea flavor, but I do enjoy to change it up every once in a while.I do wish they had the small cubes of chewable, slushee ice inside their drinks. I noticed that the Kirkland location does this and its a bit more fun to drink and I like being able to sip up ice with the straw as you get to the bottom of your drink.They have lots of different drink options, great for all boba lovers. I think next time I'll have to try the pure tea options for a less milky / heavy drink. Good thing they are close to us, so plenty of opportunity to get more boba at Bobalust!“
