A $20 disappointmentng meme (Choco malt Oreo cornflakes ice bucket thing). The item wasn't even described as having cereal as far as I can remember. This place truly blows and I can't remember being this disappointed with a choice from an establishment. If you like eating this you're an S tier fraud with bad taste.

The food was good, but way overpriced and the atmosphere feels like it's just things they found at a garage sale.

They are very yummy, but a bit sweet. The waitress was very friendly, even though she worked alone, the kitchen counter was very clean and tidy. The shop space is decorated with many small trees that look very cute ☺️

It’s not kakigori if there’s no syrup, mine came with none at all, nether did the other one I ordered. At least the fruit was fresh? Not worth the visit.

Not sure what kind of business shuts everything down half hour before closing but this place does. Im going to assume it's because the workers are younger and they have better things rmto do then spend it at work. Second time here now and it's changed. The deserts are no longer tasty and hard to eat with the utensils they give

Kakigori Dessert Cafe Disappointment I dined at your Renton location recently with high hopes of topping off my dinner with some of your much-talked-about desserts. Sadly, I was greeted with a disappointing spectacle, to put it mildly. Most of your equipment seemed to be out of service, evidently causing sub-par service with regards to ice cream and beverages. This, in my eyes, was a cardinal sin for a place that touts dessert and drinks as its primary offering. Furthermore, the cleanliness of your establishment left much to desire. A clean environment adds to the overall dining experience and I believe this is one area that needs immediate attention. Quite frankly, I regret to say, my experience has led me to discourage others from visiting your establishment until certain improvements are made.

First time there, went for a quick dessert. We both had an “ice cream” with fruit. Was a great experience to try different things, and so good. The strawberry cheesecake was very good.

We tried the croffle to go. I guess the wasn't the best idea it's probably best eaten fresh had turned all soggy and chewy by the time we ate. Not too memorable. We arrived close to closing time so no major service extended.

I am obsessed with Kakigori! If you're looking for a place where the desserts are as good as they look, this is your place. They specialize in Korean Bingsoo and have many options to choose from. As watermelon lovers, we decided to try out the Watermelon Bingsoo, which comes in a carved out watermelon rind and has finely shaved ice topped with fresh watermelon balls. This dessert was definitely enough for two people: the rind was packed with ice + watermelon. Sometimes, these kinds of places skimp out, but Kakigori definitely did not! The service/wait staff were also really friendly and efficient. They were well informed about the different menu items and were happy to help clarify any questions we had. Kakigori has become a spot that I now recommend to anyone who's visiting the Seattle area and loves shaved ice style desserts. My mouth is watering just thinking about it and I can't wait for my own trip back!

This is such a cute shop where they serve desserts and sell plants. It was quite spacious as well. I order a ube soft serve with mochi and red bean. The soft serve was decent but wasn't packed with ube flavor. The mochi was terrible since I could see it being microwaved but the bad part was that it tasted over powdered and gritty. Service was quick but did seem a bit exhausted. I would probably come back here but with a different order.

So amazing! My boyfriend and I got the red bean and mochi soft serve, it's not too sweet. We may come again in the future!

Cute little local spot!! I would've never found it if it wasn't on Yelp. So delicious the bingsu with the right amount of toppings. I got the coffee one and the mango sticky rice. Not too sweet and overall a well balance. The service was good the cafe was quiet since I went on a colder dat

Tukwila store closes at 9, I arrived at 8:30 and they told me I couldn’t order bingsoo since they already cleaned their bingsoo machine. Bingsoo is their main/signature dessert, so not offering bingsoo is like closing the store early. To the owners- honor your business hours for your customers.

Customer service is a plus, hard to dislike anything here. Desserts rarely make it through a car ride after visiting here
