This is by far not an average KFC. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Super accommodating for a fast food restaurant. My order was wrong but they resolved it with 0 issue and I dumped 2 bowls of mashed potatoes on the ground by accident as they slid off the tray. They replaced them with a smile. Thank you

The manager took my order. Got it wrong, and gave me a hard time even though I said I intended to pay more than what I was charged, and was willing to pay the correct amount to adjust the order.

I can't believe the drive thru will not sell me individual chicken pieces so I understand that they don't have 6 PCs in the menu. So I asked for a 6pcs individual and the drive thru said we don't sell 6pc I said I understand but I can get them individually he said they don't sell 6 PCs so I bought a four PCs chicken and there's three of us. I guess one of us can't eat cause KFC won't sell me 6pc individually. He is so rude.. I will not go there anymore. This KFC doesn't deserve any star . So I can't post it cause it's forcing me to give a star that they do not deserve.. poor customer service

Thanks for ruining my day. Picked up my order on my way to work. First off when I ordered a combo they never even asked what I wanted to drink and just tried to shove a Pepsi at me because they were in a hurry. Then they didn’t give me the utensils necessary to eat what I ordered. I arrive at work and my sides are wrong. Too late to do anything about it. I assume they knew since they also didn’t give me my receipt so I can’t complain.
The bucket of chicken was inedible. Congealed into one unrecognizable mass within a ten minute drive home. The food at this location looks like it was pulled out of the dumpster of a better KFC yesterday and repackaged.

This place use to be good what happened? Chicken breast was rubbery and under cooked,gravy was Cold,tasteless and thin as Water!!! Nothing to accompany the Biscuits!!! Do not eat here they put the DI in Diarrhea!!!!

We love KFC in my family, but this site rarely gets the order right... not like we ask for special treatment or changes to their normal menu... we just like to get what we order! On top of problems getting the order correct... they don't seem to care about there errors like it's something the customer did wrong. Come on kFC get you training right! No wonder this place is rarely busy... doesn't the constant line at Macdonald next door tell you something???

I saw the new wraps on a commercial, so my husband and I decided to go try them. All I can say is that those were the SMALLEST wraps I've ever seen in my life!! You would think for the price you're paying, that you would at least get an adult sized portion, but NO!! It was what I would expect for a toddler!! I'm so disappointed
