The experiences, observations and opinions are my own and I am entitled to express them.Came in at opening, 10 a.m to a locked door. Waited 3 minutes in the cold, not one person looked up or held up a finger to indicate two more minutes. When I asked what time was opening, the lady at the register said 10:05. I retorted "that's not what the posted time indicated."So disappointing. This location is more added to the"no go" list with the lake city location.

They are very accommodating, if they are out of food 5 minutes later a new batch is brought

Great place to meet someone for lunch, quick and comfortable.Parking: Park in the main lot and walk around to the main door at the rear corner of the building.

Takes way too long to pick up a mobile order that was already ready. There really should be a pick up station.

Recently I have noticed the orange chicken being to spicy but this time it wasn't. Staff was super nice and prices at panda are the best deal for family dinner you can find in this shopping center. (We just share a plate)

This location is better than others as it’s not as crowded.Plenty of parking and easy access to freeway.

Screwed up my order, it was cold, and service was slow/seemed like intentional ignoring people. Avoid.

The worst panda Express , very poor customer service, the staff seem not happy to work there...,very small portions ,they are too in a hurry to serve the next client...! Not good money value ... wasting my money there to eat only peanuts instead of

The food itself is good. But I don't think they've gotten my order right a single time when ordering for pickup. It's ALWAYS missing something, or the main rice/noodles is always the wrong one. It was right maybe twice ever where i didn't need to walk back in and have them remake it. Obviously it's good enough where we keep going back despite the extra step ??

Unable to realize when they are missing one of the most key components of one of there most signature dishes...teriyaki sauce with the teriyaki chicken would be nice.

Staff is really disrespectful, didn't fill up the box all the way. asked for a bigger plate and they didn't give us extra and charged us for it. any other panda is better than this one

There were no customers when I arrived. About 5 employees saw me come in, and no one came to help for about 10 min. A small line started. Again, no service. Two stars instead of one, because the woman who eventually showed up was kind enough and the food is the usual Panda Express.

Ordered a bigger plate. Most of the sides are made using thick batter so that they end up using less protein. Only Black Pepper Angus Steak doesn’t use the thick batter as the covering; no wonder they charge extra for that. Plus, their serving size of the sides is disappointing. Not worth the price.
