I always enjoy Panera bread. The restaurant has a nice and welcoming vibe and the workers they are usually pretty nice.I enjoy the food and it's extremely tasty and I would say overall it is a good experience.Unfortunately they are a little bit expensive but overall I would definitely give this place four and a half stars.

The manager Geronimo is so kind and he went above and beyond for us, and making sure we were enjoying our meal. 10/10 recommend a raise for this man. Thanks for making the Panera bread a randomly great experience.

The atmosphere was very calm and the experience was rewarding to meet or work on a project in complete peace. Now talking about the food, it is very varied and you deliciously enjoy tasting each dish.

Very poor service. Not a friendly environment. Slow preparation and (French Onion ) soup served cold. Out of ingredients for my sandwich. Had to explain three times that I needed a to go box. I was then told they didn’t have a box just a piece of pater to wrap the left over sandwich in and a bag. This place is a joke.

"Not free" birthday pastry. The kiosk offered me a free pastry for my birthday month, but all it did was discount the pastries. My free item would cost me $2.50!Oh well. I like Panera and eat there often, but hey, don't offer something "free" then charge for it ???

This place is better than all the other Panera Breads.Mosage is a wonderful person, greets everyone who walks in and has all the patience in the world, and with a smile takes the customer's orders. But to my surprise, I found my "Bayarea Girl", Zoe (Manager), who was very helpful to take my catering orders, Inspite she being Very Busy she spoke to me for few minutes.I am really Dazzled to see so many sales Qualities she possesses, and without wasting time, she came up with orders to cater 12 folks, and within a few minutes, I had my receipt, and everything was set up to pick the food tomorrow.Zoe is very professional, and her manners and etiquette are at par, She will always be an asset to any organization she works.People like her bring repeat customers to your doorsteps. All in all, it was a wonderful, warm experience on a cold rainy evening in Washington ??
Like any other chain company, it's hit or miss. Just depends on who is working that day and what mood they're in. Service was poor and they were unhelpful when my gift card had issues.I ordered a hot, Caramel Crunch Latte since I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago at Panera Bread at The Landing and it was delicious! They never called us out when it was finished so we sat there for awhile patiently waiting. Thankfully, the drink was hot but didn't taste the same and wasn't very good.I've come to the conclusion after multiple trips to both that the food and service is better at The Landing, so we won't be utilizing this Panera location anymore.
I've ordered a few times on the app (2x for pickup here). Upon request, I ask to fill my soup to the very top, close to the lid and know one cannot (seem to) follow simple directions. The dining area needs reconfiguration or needs an expansion because 1. there's usually no seating available and 2. the entire area is too compact. The soups here don't have the same consistency compared to the ones at the Kent & Fed. Wy. location. However, I do like their bread better here.

Love Panera Bread! Been coming to the last location since 2016, and since Covid pandemic, the quality in the service has declined sadly. I came in recently with my daughter and my niece on February 4, 2024. They were short staffed. One of the employees that was cleaning the tables look like she wasn’t happy. She did not greet us, even when we met eye ?️ to eye ?️ upon passing by.I also recognized that the bread for the sandwich has gotten even smaller. However, the food was so delicious . ?

This is the Panera I remember when they first started. The sandwich bread thickness, quality, and amount of ingredients were superb. Great job to all who worked there, you nailed it. Keep up the good work and great service. We hail from Oregon, and it was a pleasure seeing what the Keizer/Salem Oregon locations used to be.
