I've been ordering qdoba 1-3 time a month. Usually order for next days lunch since I don't have time. I ordered online and pick up. I was the only one in restaurant at that time. The staff seems like they don't want to be there. They weren't friendly at all and acted like I'm bothering themAn elderly Mexican lady was making my food. I looked in the bag and she forgot the condiments l ordered. The portions looked smaller in size from my previous orders. I didn't say anything and left. Next day when getting my food ready for lunch. I noticed there were no meat at all in the bowl. Only vegetables. I called the restaurant, the guy that answered sounds nice. He ask me to wait and a girl got on the phone. Her tones sounded like she was annoyed and said she'll refund me money back. It will take 2-3 days. She just wanted to get me off the phone.

They have 3 options for non-spicy salsa, which is nice.I like that they use Romain lettuce and they gave me a lot of meat.I was going to get the nachos but I was concerned it would be too spicy. The server let me try it first and it was, so I'm glad she did that!

Don't add too many things to your order or the employees will become upset that they have to do their job! Employees purposely messed up my order because I asked for a few customizations to my burrito. Lazy employees, bad food. Avoid this location.

I placed an online order through DoorDash to pick up after I was off work and had no issues! This was my first time ever trying QDOBA and it was a good experience. I didn't have much interaction with the staff working since I came in to pick up my order and leave, but they did greet me and degreeted me as I was leaving. In terms of food, it was good. I got a burrito.

I visit here at least every nice a month for lunch. The food always good, and service is quick and friendly. During my last visit the service was top notch!! I think the server who prepared my meal and rang me up name was Jose. In the current environment service all around is subpar and Jose restored my faith with his friendly and welcoming attitude. Keep up the good work Jose and Qdoba should do whatever they can to keep this young man on staff.

I am high disappointed!! I visited this location today , hoping to get a meal. as i started to order, i noticed the rice looked a bit hard and dry like it has been sitting for a while . I politely asked for fresh rice the lady then begun to tell me i would need to use this or wait for more. which i was okay with waiting. 10 secs later a american guy black hair , dark pants began to tell me no this is fresh . it's not dry , as if i don't have eyes myself and is not paying with my hard earned money. I then told him it's to dry for my preference and i would like to wait for fresh rice he began to go back nd forth with me about my personal preferences to where the entire store could hear our conversation. I felt totally unappreciated , not welcomed and left immediately. I didn't know it's okay to go back and forth with a paying customer just because i wanted fresh rice.... horrible customer service!
What I expected from here. Clean. Good food. Jose was helpful.

I have to comment on this location customer service is horrible I did a mobile order and walked in I was spoken to with such rudeness and what I was in here for and I said a mobile pick up and I was also told there was no rice so I said I would wait about 20 mins since I wanted to the rice In my burrito. When my order was ready there was no rice I wasted time and money for food and service that is so terrible. Why are there male servers with so much facial hair and not covered? I don’t recommend this place .

Reason why such a low score is number one I noticed one of the server there didn’t have a hair cover over his hairy beard. Very un sanitary . The tables were dirty , condiments area was dirty. The food was OK . It’s disappointing that no one really cares about customer service anymore. Update I sent an email that was posted by the owner and no answer. Here is a pic that I sent to store with no reply.

The RUDEST DAMN PEOPLE EVER. ALWAYS HAVING A ATTITUDE ABOUT anything. The lady was very rude when serving, cashier was also rude when ringing up. I do not understand what's wrong with these people. I would suggest going to another location. Disrespectful.

What a sloppy salty mess. Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. Ordered the deconstructed nachos and got a bowl of goop.Chips were greasy and covered in salt. Veggies covered in salt. Not at all worth the $15
