This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too I won’t ever go back my whole order was completely cold which means items were left n the cabinet too long .. the service was awful don’t go here I would highly recommend traveling to another Taco Bell cause this location is awful

It’s Taco Bell so I don’t expect much the food was good, obvi, but the service was bad.The person taking my order was rude and short with me, I asked for an item that was a NEW item and he told me they don’t have it anymore. So I was confused and pulling up to the window I told him the menu board said it was new so then he snaps at me and says “Yeah But we sold out of it!” So I just said oh. But in my head I wanted to ask him if he was okay because why are you snapping at me.then he asked what sauce I wanted and proceeded to put 2…count en…2 sauces in the bag hands me the bag and closed the window and walks away. I wait there where 2 other kitchen members came and just looked at me for a solid 2 minutes. I look at them and throw my hands up as if to say Hellooo? What are we doing can I get some service?? The manager comes over and very concerned said is everything okay? I said yeah I just wanted some more sauce that’s all? She goes oh okay! We thought there was a problem with the order…. Like I said in the beginning it’s Taco Bell so I don’t expect much but like could I have the bare minimum ? Jeeze.

I don't know I I thought it was okay I just thought the food was a little little light I had a beans and rice which was very small And Steak and steak and Steak and steak and potatos add Steak and steak and potatos add those expensive potatoes but good thing to work Steak and steak and potatos add those expensive potatoes but good thing to work cause it was small and I had a soft taco which was Fortunately not tomatoes with thatYeah so Yeah so if you are a hungry person I would get 1 of those deals you know like Taco and burrito deals You know I I don't know I just don't think it's that good for $11 I mean if it was like bigger it might be OK but 11It wasn't gonna do.Vegetarian options: Yes menu items are vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Not sure about this they may have gluten free I guess I never noticed.Parking: Probably the biggest parking lot for a Taco Bell I've ever seen.Kid-friendliness: Never seen kids in there but I'm sure they have they're cool with kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Somebody needs to open the door for you.
This is the best Taco Bell in the Seattle area in my opinion. Staff is super chill and friendly and I’ve never had my order messed up. Restaurant is clean and food is always prepared quickly.
If you order online and walk in to pick it up, make sure you talk to someone or they're not working on your order. Took 15 minutes to get 1 taco ordered thru the app. ?

The kiosk ordering is excellent for me. It covers everything and even allows me to add or subtract ingredients. Frees up the employees to concentrate on getting the orders out quickly.

I have had the worst experience with this location. I ordered at the drive thru and when I got to the window to pay and ask the employee to change my order to a chalupa box since I already order a chalupa and taco and a drink thought it would be better if I changed the order to a box. The person in charge at 1pm 2/12/24 with a very rude attitude tells me that they can not change my order at the window and that the order already been made. I asked very politely if they can just add the other two things that were missing to complete the box and repeated again that they cannot change the order and that I am holding up the line at the drive thru. They said either pay for the food I ordered before I got to the window or order again inside the restaurant. When I went inside to ask who is in charge of this establishment one of the employees said they are not allow to give out their names. I asked for the store manager name and district manager name. Apparently this franchise does not even have a district manager. And when I ask about the manager schedule the employee said they have no idea when Karina the store manager comes to the store and that she comes as she pleases to the store. The most rude and unprofessional staff at this location. I am very disappointed

Normally this is the best Taco bell in the area, but my last experience wasn't so great. All but one food item was cold and the jalapeno sauce I paid extra for wasn't close to being even half full. My wife and I both became mildly ill afterwards, not normal for this location.
