Was passing through on business I had at Boeing and looked at yelp for something new to eat. Found a place called the Kitchen and while the reviews weren't that great the pictures were so I went to this casino to try it. SO GLAD IT DID. It's a food hall inside a casino. So on point and so good. I tried a few different stations and everything was amazing even this fired dough and soup station. People were very nice. Place is clean and STUNNINGLY beautiful. I asked the woman at the burger station if this was new? She said it was created before the pandemic. Which is even more astounding. I am here in Washington once a quarter. I'm trying breakfast next time. Served ALL DAY. Worth every penny.

I have been there many times when I have gone to the casino. The people who work in The Kitchen are all very nice. However, most of the food is not good and VERY overpriced. One time, I had the hash and eggs and it was HORRIBLE. There was cold cubed potatoes (look like what you can buy at Walmart) with about a tablespoon of hash on top. And even the little bit of hash was not good. I’ve had better out of a can. The one thing that used to be good was the pizza. It had tons of toppings - anything you wanted- for $12.50. Now, they have raised the price to $14.50 AND they charge you 75 cents for anything over 3 toppings. Last time I went there, the place was empty. Seems like a lot of people feel the same way as me - a big draw for casinos is usually great food at an inexpensive price.

My friends and I often visit this casino. My closest friend is a platinum member and gets a lot of perks. At the Quil Ceda Casino she has been told by the security people and bartenders that you can take water bottles from the free water tub at the end of the Keg bar. "You can have as many as you can carry out". This is super nice, because after spending the whole day there we often take 3-4 waters to have on our way home. Tonight I took 7 water bottles for my friends and me to have on the way home and I got extremely reprimanded. There was a blond hair worker in her 50's who came at me yelling that you can only take 2 and she wanted me to put the rest back. I was shocked. I told her that the security person on our way out said that there was not a limit and she said that he was wrong. No where does it say a set amount. There are tons of water on the bar table and lots in the ice bin. After spending so much at their casino and playing all day and eating, I couldn't figure out why the free water tub would be such a big issue. My friend knows her name and is going to follow up later with the casino. but tonight leaving just left me feeling like the customer service service at the Keg bar was not good. There are a couple amazing bartenders there that I love and this blond hair lady I had never seen. To say that I don't want to go back is an understatement. I get along with 99% people in this world but this really left me feeling unappreciated as a regular player at Quil Ceda. It was not a good way to leave the evening :(

Poorly trained bartenders can't make a Patron Cadillac Margarita without sour mix. Standard recipe every bartenders should know. Made to wait 10 minutes because the bar ran out of sour. I asked if they could just make it without sour mix(lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup). She said she'd rather not and wait for the sour mix. So I'm standing at the bar for 10 minutes waiting on a Cadillac margarita because of poorly trained and lazy staff. $30 for 2 drinks. Ridiculous. Wanted to stay and drink but decided our money is better spent elsewhere. We ended up not spending anymore money on drinks and slots and left.Side note: teach your bartenders how to properly layer drinks. Adding ice first for most cocktails leave you with a weak, watered down drink.

Refusing to pay my winning sports bet. Will be going to the WA State Gambling Commission to file a complaint that QCC IS REFUSING TO PAY WINNING SPORTS TICKETS.
We came for a quick but good meal. The service was a little slow, but considering the order it was a bit ridiculous. We ordered one of the special which was a Montecristo sandwich and was barely edible and a baked potato with butter and sour cream. Potato had obviously been cooked several days before and no amount of butter or sour cream Could soften it enough to make it palatable. You would think for the thousands of people who are in there that they could manage to make two very simple meals edible. They failed miserably.

This Casino is very nice. I like that it has so much restaurant and food options. Also has a bunch of machine that I have not seen and played. The vibe is more relax and casual. Good place to hang out with friends and just have some fun and try your luck. The ambience is really nice and modern. The entrance alone is grand! Until Next time.
