On a recent trip to the Olympic National Park we came across a place in Forks that had the best smoked salmon ever. On the last day of our trip on our way to the airport we just so happened to be in the same area the smoked salmon company was in so we decided to make a stop so we can purchase more to bring home. Love love love this place! Best selection in the oly area . Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. Often fishermen are in there dropping off their catch for smoking. You know you're in the right place for fish when the fishermen are recommending the place. One patron was telling me he'd gone there for years even though he'd moved out of the area he still is a customer . They ship anywhere or even provide freezer packs for when I fly. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!I am on a road trip across the country, living out of my van. I took a side trip to Alaska and came back to Washington with about 100 lbs of salmon, halibut, and lingcod.
