“Stopped at Bonsai for lunch/dinner. Been here before and the portions are great. So I ate half for lunch and will eat the rest for dinner. Prices are on par with most teriyaki places in town. There is a language barrier which makes service a bit of an issue. Food is as good as most places but they give you a lot. I had Mongolian beef and as you can see by the picture, there’s a lot of beef.“

“First time ever at this restaurant for my wife and I and three neighbors, and the food was fabulous. The quality of the food was excellent and the portion size was generous. I had a seafood combo served over white rice in a curry sauce, and it was amazing. My wife had the rice ramen dish and said it was spectacular. There were five of us having lunch together and everyone loved their meal. We went during the lunch hour. The wait for our food was very reasonable and I especially like the fact that the restaurant appeared to be spotless. We will definitely return many times to this wonderful restaurant.“
“This teriyaki place is where it’s at! Perfect for pickup or delivery, so flavorful with generous portions. As far as the actual restaurant it feels pretty typical, nothing special in terms of sit-down. So I recommend taking it home and having for dinner/lunch the next day. I typically go with the spicy chicken breast teriyaki, with the kids meal for my son. Delish“
“A True Vietnamese Experience!!!My visit to Da Nang Restaurant was a good and authentic experience. If you enjoy more authentic Vietnamese cuisine, you will enjoy a quiet meal at this establishment.From the moment we walked in our waitress greeted us and made us feel welcome. We were given an extensive menu list, and the selection was varied and reasonably priced. We ordered the Beef Pho and a Vietnamese Bun (noodle/spring rolls/fresh vegetable dish). The portions were quite large and we did not end up finishing all the food.The food was served relatively fast, and the food was fresh and tasty. If you enjoy a good Vietnamese meal your tastebuds will be given a real treat, and your stomach will be happy-to-boot!!!It was a wet fall evening, around 7pm, so not a lot of traffic inside, but the food was filling, and the service great. Give this place a try if you enjoy Vietnamese cuisine, there is something here for everyone.“

“Been coming here for like 2 years now, feels time to give a review... this is definitely my favorite restaurant. The chicken teriyaki is my go-to, and it never misses. Best in the area, easily. Delicious food, great portions, fair prices. Sushi rolls are perfect!The staff is especially friendly, every time. “The food was super good and fresh. Crab legs were really good compared to other buffets I've been to. They keep it very clean and rotate the food in the serving plates often. The place was very busy as I went on Presidents' Day but it was still great. They refilled our waters without us asking. I just wish you could put more stuff in the chocolate fountain other than the marshmallows.“

Food was not overly greasy or overly sweet I got one of the combos and there was a good amount of chicken and beef. Honestly some of the best Chinese food I have had in a long time, also appreciated a good serving of fresh veggies with the chicken.“
“We always get take out from this place in particular because of the fresh ingredients. Lots of crunchy and/or perfectly sautéed vegetables in your noodle dishes like the Mei fun, and the hot and sour soup is AMAZING! We get huge portions and the staff are so kind and wonderful. The bourbon chicken, lo mein, soups, egg foo young, and tofu dishes are top notch. Highly recommended!“
“Had a solo lunch at The Emperor’s Palace near the mall in Olympia. I hadn’t been there in years and was pleased to find it bright and clean. The fish tank that greets you in the lobby could use a good cleaning tho. They have some beautiful colorful fish in that tank but it looked kind of murky and boring. Poor, bored fish! I decided on one of their combo meals, asking to substitute the almond chicken for some teriyaki chicken instead. The waitress was very sweet and accommodating. I decided on the combo with General Tzo’s Chicken, fried rice, teriyaki chicken and a spring roll. I also ordered a half portion of the crab puffs as an appetizer. The crab puffs were hot and full of cheese. I couldn’t really taste the crab, tho. They were tasty, don’t get me wrong, but definitely lacking in the fake crab used in these appetizers. My food came out quickly after the crab puffs, hot and fresh. Overall, the meal was pleasant. Nothing outstanding in any of the dishes, tho. The General Tzo’s was extremely mild in spicing, which some people may like. I do like a bit more heat in my General Tzo’s. The teriyaki was tasty, as were the rice and the spring roll. A solid, filling lunch, with hints of mediocrity. Nothing special or outstanding. If you’re looking for a simple Chinese lunch, this delivered. “Generally the food is good, but I wanted to order mangolian beef for the first time, I ordered it through door dash. I open the to go box and it’s nothing but a BUNCH of onions and maybe 4 or 5 small pieces of beef. It was a complete rip off.“
