It's been years since I last came to a KFC. HERE on the mainland, it's unfortunate that the atmosphere and service is a far cry from the way it should be. I'm sorry to say this, but the manager of this establishment could really help business by giving a shot of kindness to their employees by treating their guesses like human beings, not a number.It will be a while before I come back, if at all.

This place has the rudest employees I have ever seen in any establishment. I went through drive-thru. Ordered my food. They said there'd be a 7 minute wait for my apple pies which I was okay with but they wanted me to turn around even though there was nobody in line and waiting the front for my food during construction on Capitol where I couldn't get out or in from that direction. The manager or supervisor on duty came to the window and said sir you're going to have to move in a very rude voice and I asked if it was okay if I stayed there until somebody pulled up and she said absolutely not. You need to pull around sir. Right now never go back there again

My favorite KFC purchase is the 8 piece chicken, 1/2 crunchy 1/2 original with two side orders, mashed potatoes, and cole slaw. I love how they announce what farms provided their products and give credit to who made their food on the menu. My husband and I purchase this when we are busy and have food for multiple

Every time I come here to pick up an order, I get home and it's missing items. Tonight my order was missing both the individual sides. That's not a thing I should have to have concerns about when doing a quick pick up, but I guess I'll have to check the bag before I leave now, if I even come back to this location. Seriously, twice in the last month now!
The shift manager was awesome ? polite courteous; and very respectful. The dining area was kept neat and very clean. All dispensers were full. - The employees were very industrious; and kept themselves busy the whole time I was there. Everyone did an awesome job ?.Kid-friendliness: Dining area monitored by cct
They asked me to pull to the front and said they would bring my food to the front when it was ready. They made me wait around for 20 minutes like an idiot just for me to finally go through the drive thru again and they had it ready.

Had a mobile order.the order said it would be ready at 7:13.I understand the building is under construction so I had to go threw drive thru to pick up my mobile pick up. Then waited 23 min in the parking lot after the time it said my food would be ready.waited till they served another car that came after me..said i was waiting gave me cold food..told me it was fresh..very rude employees. Mind you I got a famous bowl..2 chicken Littles and fries...

Ordered from the app from the only KFC that exists in Tumwater, the app said the order was ready, went to pick it up and they said the order didn't exist. Checked the address in the app and it's the same address.
