I drove over 200 miles to get to this restaurant and I had a terrible experience.. as you can see in the picture, the waitress is interacting with customers.. nothing bad BUT she stayed over there most of my time here.. she came to my table a total of 3 times. When she asked me how was things, she didn’t stay long enough for me to explain how the burger was dry and tough.. she went back over to those customers and continue to gossip about the manager… I will not be back here.. it’s first experience was great, that’s why I waited to eat here BUT NEVER AGAIN!!What a bummer!!

Great place to stop on the road. As far as restrooms go however, you're better off using a honeybucket at a construction site on a 90°F day. By far the worst truckstop restrooms I have ever used.

The attendant met me at the door and asked if I was a "CDL holder" as if that was some special club. Its 10:30 pm, I thought they might be closed, but to be denied access to buy a frozen burrito and a coke, because I'm not a "CDL holder" is a joke!Don't stop at the gearjammer, there is a chevron and an Arco down the street.

Just giving them 5*'s. Didn't actually go in. I'm just ? they are there. Paying for parking doesn't bother me. Seems to keep the super truckers away ????.

They doing some remodeling so things are kind of turned around, food was great do was the people. Didn't much care for the $15 parking fee but made due with what we had.

Truck stop is falling apart okay!! No toilet seat covers anymore and no paper towels to wash your hands!! Then door closes at 10:00 PM. You have to show your CDL to use restroom and other things okay!! Had pulled pork sandwich and was great!! Wish the oners of this place the best of luck because I think it's trashy now!!!

The rumor is that the whole lot is paid parking now. I didn't check. But the restaurant was definitely sub par.
It was nice to be able to have steak tips and eggs at 2pm. Service was good, food was great.

They close at 8 PM ...not 10 PM like it says here on Google maps. It's only one star from the mis- information, I can't do much more than that since I had to leave hungry.... Yeah spent the night and went back in for breakfast at a quarter to 7 and I guess they don't open at 5 AM either... Don't stop in here if you're real hungry because you will leave real hungry

Being a trucker with my home-base being in Yakima I stop and stay here all the time. Today I walked in to be served by a waitress (Jaime) whom I've know for a while and have been served by several times over the last 2 years but today that particular acquaintanceship has come to an end. Too many details to mention here and many could say its a case of "he said/ she said" but in the end, for a waitress to pull out hers claws and verbally abuse and argue with a long standing customer in front of other patrons is Un-professional and disheartening. For all that happened I will NEVER set foot in that restaurant again. Its just as easy to walk over to Denny's just down the street. I do hope the management of the GearJammer gets wind if this review. **NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS TREATED TODAY.....FOR ANY REASON!!!**
