We went here last night for ice cream, they gave us incorrect items and then they denied it when we asked and when we showed them they acted like we were trying to steal from them. They also didn’t give us one item we ordered because “they couldn’t find the button” it seems like there are always problems when we come to this location.

The food orders are always wrong, the blizzards have barely any ingredients put in (making them essentially vanilla shakes that cost more), and the workers always seemed annoyed with whatever order I place. If you go to a Dairy Queen, make sure it is the one on 72nd.

Wanted to try the sugar cookie blizzard and the ice cream tasted like rotten milk. I traded it for a cone and it still tasted like spoiled milk. Won’t be coming back to this one ?

Every time we’ve gone in the afternoon is fine, but the night crew is godawful. Went through the drive through yesterday around 6:30 and ordered two burgers both with no pickles and tomatoes, bbq tenders, shake and blizzard. The ice cream was fine but the bbq tenders were not sauced and the soda that came with it was completely wrong. They forgot to put the second burger with our order. And not only that but the burger that we did get had pickles and tomatoes! Drove back to get the second burger from them that they forgot to give us, told them no pickles and tomatoes, assured us that it didn’t have it, and when we got home that one had pickles on it too. Guess we should have checked all the food but we shouldn’t have to check every single item because you wouldn’t think it would be that bad for 60 dollars worth of food. Your night shift needs to lay off the weed.

Oh my gosh I flew all the way from Florida for a family visit here for the holidays and I haven’t been to this place in years but I love the staff ! That General manager of yours is so sweet and kind i really like her greeting when we were order I love this place! I’m coming back!!

This use to be a good Dairy Queen, one of the best in the area. Between the staff who don't pay attention and management that could use some help..... this DQ has gone downhill! Our fries were cold , paid extra for a single tomato and 3 small chunks of lettuce on my cheeseburger that I had to send back due to the staff's negligence to pay attention. Probably won't be back ...

I love Dairy Queen for dessert, they have really good. They have really good blizzards, I always get the banana split blizzard and add chocolate chunks to it, its so amazing.
