What happened to just making your customer happy? I asked for an iced tea since the soda was flat and they said NO. I was like but my soda is flat. They said we can see you took a drink and now you need to buy another drink to get an iced tea. I said what happened to my refill. They said No we don't do refills. This place is horrible and you can smell the bathroom when you walk in STAY AWAY!!!

on several occassions i was shorted food. Today i used the app and got an oatmeal. No cream in it no fruit, just a big cup with a small helping of oats that were dry. Then the app says call the reataurant to speak to someone about it. No one answers and the number says outnof order??? Mcdonalds needs more than warmbodies to service this community.

After they remodeled the facility, it seemed the service improved both in production of orders and customer service. I prefer this location over others because of the quality of food and high caliber of customer service.

Y’all really make me mad. And I did the math to prove a point!!! Y’all put mass amounts of napkins the bag yet when I ask for extra pickles you put two pickles on my burger EVERYTIME. Two is not extra I want at least 4 pickles!!! One napkin costs you 18 cents and a pickle costs you 11 cents so you could easily give me less napkins and more pickles!!! Plus my fries are ALWAYS cold. You suck!

What can I say, it's McDonald's. Green Firs McDonald doesn't have the fastest service, their employees aren't always the best with customer service. BUT their ice cream machine is always working and their coffee is almost always fresh! No complaints here!!

This McDonald's was so nice and clean. The bathrooms are very nice. The person who waited on us was very friendly. For it being McDonald's you passed with a flying A+, but you are McDonald's and $10.00 for each meal is a little high.
When you get in , the smell super nasty I run out side after 10 seconds

How can you charge people $9 for a twenty piece then short that person a few nuggets. Maybe focus more on employees than the façade or trying to be upscale. Service is getting worse while this company keeps raising the cost of its subpar food.

drove through and was told I had two identical orders. determined it was a double charge. Manager came, printed off the second receipt and threw it away, claiming the second order won't be charged to my card. Of course, the double charged ended up on my account. Really awful customer service. Food was as good as any other McDonald's.
