I’ve been shopping at this store for approximately five years and i have always loved the authenticity of the products i have purchased. That being said the last couple of times i have visited the store the vibe has shifted and seems to be continuing to shift further from being a spiritual store that cares about you and your journey to one of those spiritual store that is just out for your money. (which i unfortunately read in another review when i came to post this) Honestly i came here because of the difference but if that’s going to be the continued vibe i might as well shop elsewhere where they are nicer about it. I really have gave this business a bunch of support and constantly bring friends. I hope they get back to the heart of it. ❤️

crescent moon is the better choice by far. i’ve been visiting mystic sanctuary since i was in middle school, i’m an adult now and it’s just been slowly getting worse and worse- today was the first time i’ve been in a while just for some incense because they used to have great deals, get up to the register and theirs a small sign that says minimum on credit card is $5, i only came for the incense and only had my debit so i asked if the same applied,, it really was a simple yes or no but the lady instead decided to snarkily say “im not hard on the policy but i’d basically be giving it away for free. up to you tho” like girl i get you have to make your money back but you don’t have to guilt people with that. be firm with the policy or don’t.

Came here on Friday 12/15 and thought some friends might like it for gift buying options. I took them here on Saturday 12/16 and the shop was closed when it should have been open. It was around 2pm. No signs on the door. We checked their FB, nothing. Called the shop, nothing. This was a pity because the previous day I thought it would be a good place to find statuary, miscellaneous spiritual stuff, books and of course, chocolate truffles. The resident psychic was very friendly although I did not use her services. Staff was also very friendly. Lot parking but it can be small as it is in a strip mall.

Very cute. Some gems and a few interesting pieces. Pretty standard occult shop, if a bit commercialized. Overall found a great old-fashioned tome and a statue of Athena and some other stuff. Would recommend! Ill try out the tarot readings later
