So I sent my husband to this location because I wanted to try the New York style crust that's been advertised. We are not regular customers, but we have been to this location a few times in the past. He walked in to place an order, and observed the employee making pizzas, sneeze into their gloved hands, say, gross, and then the employee wipes their hands on their pants before returning to making pizzas. They did not wash their hands or change their gloves. My husband walked straight out the door.Gross indeed.

We've been regular customers over the past few years but the accuracy is not good anymore. I ordered pizzas tonight because it's a busy night and I need to get the family fed quickly, only to realize upon getting home that I was given the wrong pizza. I called and was told they can remake it but I need to wrap the pizza back up to return (even though it now can't be sold), put the kids back in the car, and go back over there, wasting an hour of time. Now I have two grumpy kids. I would just live with it, except I'm allergic to one of the ingredients on this pizza. Overall, just a major hassle and the service is poor. I won't return.

We order from this papa murphys a couple times a month and the pizza is always really good. I always order online for pick up and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's always wrong. Adding toppings I didn't even order. Last week they added pineapple and last night they added onions and tomatoes to a meat pizza. They are quick to re make it but now we are in the habit of checking the pizza before we leave the store

I was there to pickup a couple of pizzas as notice two young men with really curly hair making pizza not wear hats or hairnets while the ones with shorter hair were. Definitely look into that

I wrote a bad review before dealing with the Manager and my cheese allergy. Been back twice and I'm guessing that old Manager is gone since its been some years. Both times Ty made my food and made sure it was made right with out an attitude since I cant have cheese. This means I can not have the pre made salads. I always have to have them made when I get there.( Thank you..you have brought me back to this Papa Murphys)
Terrible customer service, stingey and profiting extra funds off of food allergies. They didn’t even give us enough dairy free cheese for a pizza. Most companies care about making it right when their customer is pregnant. Not this place. I’m absolutely shocked. There’s no need for minimum wage employees to actively make the corporation they’re working for extra money off of people and not give af about the customer in the process.
Love papa Murphy's pizza, I have tried every kind they have. I like the triple meat. The cowboy is delicious also.

So convenient to create your own pizza combos online and then pick them up. Good prices, especially with their Tuesday specials.Employees are very friendly and in all the many orders we've placed, they've all been perfectly made and ready in a timely fashion.This is the only pizza I can microwave the next day and it doesn't become a soggy mess. The pizzas are so big you can count on next day leftovers!Really lovely business.
